Mega Claw is one of the newer claw machine arcades in town. The place is very clean, and larger than many other claw places in town. There are quite the variety of machines, from the mini claws, standard claws, jumbo claws, and even gachapon machines. They have a decent selection of licensed goodies. During my visit, there were Sanrio, Pokemon, Sailor Moon, and a couple other anime plushies available to win. The trade up prizes had a pretty good selection too, and they seem pretty fair. The machines themselves are fairly generous, probably more so than some other places around town. However, the claws did not seem to be double tap enabled, so it's mostly RNG as to whether you'll win - you're at the mercy of the payout. The place was very busy when I went, and stayed busy during my stay. The only downside to this is that there will be a line and a bit of a wait when you want to fill up on tokens or trade up your plushies. Considering how busy they are, I feel like they could benefit from another staff member - especially if someone wants a machine fluffed up or won one of their dice machines. read more

Came here during BTS weekend and they had a fun freebie game where everyone stands in front of a machine and get at certain number of button pushes in for a free game on the machine. Instructions were confusing but overall i thought it was a fun idea to get everyone excited. Lots of machines and a good variety of prizes. So many people were walking out with giant plushes they traded up for. I like that you can opt to delay the trade up since most other claw places require you to trade up the same day. Here you can give them your prizes and get credit to trade up in the future. The workers are nice but super busy. You can ask them to adjust the animals in the machine. Cons: It was packed when i went and not enough people working there. It was hard to find a worker to ask for help moving a plush for my child but when you find someone they are nice. I stood in line to exchange money for coins for 5-10 minutes before someone came. Would be easier if they had a machine for us to exchange the coins ourselves but i didnt see any. read more

We had such a fun time at Mega Claw. The place was clean and they had a bunch of crane games available. My daughter loved running around and hitting all the buttons. They have a table area where you can host birthday parties as well. We bought the $100 package for 135 tokens. It came with a free boba drink. I like that there were areas to sit if you're tired. Mega Claw is a mega fun time. Off South Rainbow Mega Claw sits on a corner in a shopping plaza. With tons of parking it's an easy and convenient location to get to. Super impressed the moment you walk in with a welcoming staff with a background of prizes and plushies of all sizes. As one who doesn't frequent claw arcades this experience for me was a lot of fun. So fun I even won a couple of prizes. This place has a steady stream of patrons with many winning prizes and walking away with smiles. Don't even bother with round one. This is the place to go to if you want plushes. I wish I had a spot like this in the Orange County area back in California. Ugh, I want to go back so badly. The employees are kind and want you to walk out happy. I felt bad we held one employee over a bit, but they sincerely wanted us to have the time to use up all of our coins and be able to trade what we wanted. MegaClaw is hands down the best claw arcade my family and I have personally been to and we've checked out over a handful around town. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Ram (like the truck), who took the time to explain how everything worked. We ended up getting $60 worth of tokens, which came with a free boba and some bonus tokens (around 15 extra), so that was already a solid deal. Walking inside honestly felt like stepping into a Japanese arcade. The space is big, not hella cramped like some other spots. It was super clean, and full of vibrant lights. The front section had tables and seats if you wanted to just chill. They also have a little boba tea stand in the back. The whole vibe was just fun and welcoming. The employees were friendly and helpful throughout our time. They even helped reposition plushies to give you a better shot, and they let us swap a prize within the same machine, which was a nice touch. The variety of prizes was great too from Sanrio characters to a bunch of other random, cool plushies. The machines weren't ridiculously hard either (definitely more forgiving than Round 1), and most games were just 1 token per play, with the bigger machines costing 2 tokens. My kids ended up walking out with about 17 plushies/keychains total from that $60, which is honestly a win. They also give you a bag to carry your prizes and even offer small shopping carts, which comes in handy once you start stacking plushies. Another cool feature is that you can trade in smaller plushies for bigger ones. They also host birthday parties here, which makes sense given the space and setup. I think they had two rooms on the side for it. Overall, this place was awesome. Easily the best claw arcade experience we've had in Vegas. And the free taro milk boba was a bonus! Fun experience! I took two kids, ages 11 & 15, to Mega Claw because they love arcades, prizes, and all that jazz. A friend recommended Mega Claw as he heard it was fairly easy to win prizes. Versus most arcades like Round1 & Dave & Busters where winning big prizes takes an act of Congress ... or at least an income of a Congress member. Haha. I was slightly worried that my 15 y/o would think this place wasn't 'cool' enough cause of all the stuffed animal. (You how these teens get). But, he actually enjoyed himself. Because the games are not super hard to win, he racked up a pile of stuffed animals and was excited to give them out as gifts to family members. My younger one was excited too, and he opted in for the option to trade in all his prizes for bigger prizes. As with most arcades, the coins go by fast! But at least here, it was only one token per game. (Nearly all games. Some were higher) The place was kinda small. But it was well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Came here for a cup sleeve event during the BTS concert week. Didn't know what to expect but ended up having fun and hanging out with fellow ARMY. Games were fun and carne home with too many stuffies. Nice and clean well maintained. Did not try the food as we didn't know they had food available. You can win stickers, candy, cards, keychains, plushies, etc. When you are done, you can even trade prizes in. The place itself is pretty big with a seating area, boba area, claw machines, counter, & party room. They also have restrooms. The consumer has an option to get tokens at the desk/counter or from the kiosk. They offer party packages & different deals with the amount you spend/tokens you receive. They are open for a decent amount of time. The noise isn't too extensive, even with the machines, chatter, boba area, & music all going at the same time. Also, they are pretty cleanly and keep the machines stocked. My party didn't receive our free bobas, but I think it was because they purchased tokens from the kiosk. read more

Food: 1/5 Taking a star off only for this. They don't have food, but do have drinks like boba and lemonade. We didn't elect for drinks but we wish they had snacks like chips or candy. That would elevate the experience. Service: 5/5 The service was definitely the stand out. There was always someone around helping restock claw machines. I asked the tall gentleman if I could switch out one of the prizes I won for another style, and he did it without hesitation. The shorter guy showed me the best way to win a prize. The girl at the front told me the round plushies are easier to win. It was apparent that they don't want to just take your money, but they want you to win and feel good about yourself. We ended up with 11 plushies and 1 point and the place gave us a 1 free point, which meant we had 12 plushies = enough to trade up for 1 large plush. We got their last Stitch large stuffie. Yay. Mega Claw is an awesome new claw spot in the SW area, and the selection of machines and prizes is seriously impressive! We brought the kids to check it out, and they had an absolute blast. The setup is perfect -- spacious, comfortable, and with plenty of room for everyone to play without feeling crowded. Compared to a lot of the other claw places in town, this one definitely has an edge -- especially with a boba/tea bar on the way. One thing I really appreciate is that the prizes aren't impossibly hard to grab. Plus, their trade-in program is such a smart idea. You can swap out unwanted plushies for points and save them for something you really want on your next visit. Huge win for both kids and adults. I was prettt bummed to hear that my fav spot "The Claw" was closing down, until I heard that this new space, the Mega Claw was opening up!! It is by far the best claw machine spot in town, and we only stopped in during their soft opening on Sat 11th! First, it is way bigger than the previous spot and much larger than many of the other claw places in town. They have an area in the front to lounge, with the coolest backdrops, an area towards the back which will include concessions as they continue building, and there's a PARTY ROOM. I'm in my thirties and would absolutely host a party in here. Second, they have a ton of different claw machine types from mega prizes, large prizes, regular sized plushies, and cute small clip plushies. They have different claw machine games along with the "laundry machine" gachapon machines all along the wall! Third, the prizes are just as good as The Claw and I still love their point and prize system! (You can trade up for bigger plushies or prizes & if you don't want certain plushies, you can redeem it for points onto your account to use next time!) Fourth, all of the employees are so nice! I recognize a majority or them for the previous establishment and I'm so glad that they are still there. They are always willing to help, and can offer hints to help you. They are patient when you are trying to figure out prize upgrades, and many are walking around rearranging plushies in the machines, and helping out! It is definitely now going to be my new go to spot, and it's even closer to my house than the smaller location. My house is literally fullll of large plushies now and I need to stop with this addiction. My only negative was that it was fairly warm while we were there so I had to pull out my fan, but I'm sure this issue will resolve itself as the days go on with the build and getting used to all the machines. The employees will gladly move things around in machines when asked and you are able to swap wins from the same machine. Our first time to visit this MEGA place! "Wow" is the word my daughter had spoken so many many times and "yay" for getting lots of stuffed toys. Place is clean and bright. The employees are fast to attend to you needs. They have a small cafe area but we didn't get to use that service. The toys are easy to grab and they fluff it for you for easy grabbing. I came to give an updates review on this place. Below is my 1st review. Since then we have been 4-5 times. I have sent friends and family here. I always go back for more coins lol! Out of all the claw places I have been to in Vegas this is HANDS down the best!!! The place is nice, bright, clean and always had lots of cute toys. Staff is ALWAYS on point. Always friendly, helpful and sweet. All the ladies there today did such a great job today and it was slammed. I have spent more than I should here but we love it. These machines are t rigged like 90% of the other locations. Another thing I love is that you don't have to trade in a million things for a bigger one. Today we came home with another big trade. Last time both my daughter and niece went home with a massive Labubu. Only thing I would love is to see repeat customers get some type of bonus / reward stamp card lol! ( asking for me not my kid) I don't like the casino but leave me in here and it's game on!!!!! Thank you for always making sure we have a blast. Original review last year- Finally was able to check this place out. We have been to about 5 claw places. I was excited to see this one was bigger. When we arrived we were greeted by Ram. He was very welcoming, sweet, told us everything and gave us a free tote for the soft opening. He explained everything and we got to playing. We came back for a refill and he was still great and helpful. The other staff refilling the machines were also sweet and with smiles on their face. I know they are still in the process of opening but so far it was great. I think the back is going to have a boba bar or some type of food area. I also loved that they had little for the kids to push the stuffies. As for the machines they were GREAT. I've been to some that the claw will not lift heavy stuffies and seem rigged.
