Their matcha is sooooo good !!! I love the vibe in here and the service was friendly, would definitely come back

I stop in here whenever I have a craving. I love their drinks. It is on the pricey side. It's a nice place to sit and have a conversation or just spend some time. Service is always good and the drinks taste great! Plenty of parking in the lot. Always clean. Today's drink, is my fav dessert: mango sticky rice match style.

What a cute little cafe! Great customer service and drinks came out fast. We got the banana brûlée matcha and the strawberry matcha. Always a sucker for matcha so had to try it! We liked the banana brûlée matcha the most :) The banana flavor didn't taste artificial and the cream top was perfect.

We were looking for a boba place on Christmas Day and this was one of the only spots open! I ordered the matcha brûlée and liked it. The staff were friendly and our order was ready fairly quickly.

Brown Sugar Hojicha ($6.75) and a Strawberry Matcha ($6.75)

First time visiting and experienced friendly service (thanks Rizzael) and delicious drinks. Decided upon the strawberry matcha with regular sweetness ($6.75) and the Brown Sugar Hojicha with 50% sweetness (also $6.75). Both drinks were very good! Despite the strawberry matcha being regular sweetness level, it was not sweet except by the only sweetness given by the strawberry puree, which I enjoyed. The Brown Sugar Hojicha was delightfully smooth and has a hint of taste like chocolate. The inside offered comfortable seating and a quiet, less chaotic atmosphere, which was appreciated. I am looking forward to returning to try their fresh passion fruit tea and hoping to try their seasonal offering of the banana creme brulee matcha latte before it goes.

Can this place be any cuter?!?! When we arrived, it was just us and the 2ppl behind the counter. Were greeted and the gal who helped us was very sweet in her demeanor and how she spoke to us. Not rushing us at all as it was our first time here. I ended up with the mango green tea with sea salt cloud. My daughter ordered her matcha drink. We both enjoyed our drink. Both were quite refreshing after a heavy lunch. It's spacious in there and clean. I want a pic with the beat next time I'm there, promise not to take the bear. We'll be back when we are in the area. Parking was not an issue, lots of parking in the plaza.

I've been coming to this location since before they rebranded to "Teru". It is a cute, quaint coffee shop. The noise is quieter than a regular coffee shop/cafe. It is a nice spot to have conversations or study. Service and taste is pretty consistent here! Friendly & yummy.

Id definitely be back to try more menu items especially some of the drink options. Service was quick and easy i was in and out in about 5 mins with my order. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
