Japanese bakery with some sweet, savory and sandwiches. Baked beef curry bun - a good savory pastry with a good amount of meat inside. Ham & cheese danish - filling was good and the pastry itself was flaky. Jidori egg & ham sandwich - this was a good balance of spread and a really tasty sandwich. Plain melon pan - ever since visiting Japan I feel like I have to get melon pan every time I see it. This one wasn't bad. I'd get it again. They have specials on certain items so ask them about it. There are also specials during the week.
We got serviced by Mari and she made us feel extremely welcome. She engaged with my toddler and educated my husband on how they make everything fresh and how their peanut butter and jelly sandwich was low sugar because they make their jam from scratch. We ended up purchasing their onigiris, curry bread, a bunch of their seasoned egg sandwiches and simple egg sandwiches. We also bought Hawaiian butter mochi, truffle bread, chicken karaage, matcha marble bread, and kinako mochi. She helped ring us up and made suggestions on what we should get. Overall we spent over $100 and will probably return the next time we are in Vegas. The place was very clean and the staff were nice and kind. It's the perfect place to take your friends to. They have coffee and teas as well. The parking lot was big and we didn't have any issue finding parking.
The pros: this place is delicious and everything is made fresh daily! They have a great selection of savory items, sweet items, and beverages if this is your lunch stop. Lots of parking and the service is very friendly. I'll definitely be back again to try more items from the menu. Such a cute bakery, and I love that they're open late in case that craving hits! The cons: I live at Lake Las Vegas.
Came here last month to check out this cute Japanese bread bakery on Blue Diamond, and honestly, it's one of those places that immediately feels cozy the moment you walk in. The whole shop smells like warm, sweet bread -- the kind of smell that makes you rethink whatever diet you thought you were on. My boyfriend went straight for the Belgian Chocolate Marble Cube Loaf, and I grabbed the Honey Loaf. We actually got ours fresh out of the oven, which felt like a little bakery blessing. The girl at the front was super sweet and really knowledgeable -- she explained that we had to wait about an hour before cutting into the loaf because if you slice it too soon, it'll go flat. So yes... we went to target and came back with the hour. Worth it. She also told us why it's called Pullman Bakery -- the loaf shape is inspired by the old Pullman train cars and sleeper cars. Once she said that, I couldn't unsee it. The bread really does look like a cute little train car. Both loaves were soft, fluffy, and had that perfect Japanese milk‑bread texture. The honey loaf had a subtle sweetness that didn't feel heavy, and the chocolate marble loaf delicious too. You can tell everything is made with care -- nothing feels mass‑produced or rushed. It's a simple bakery, but in the best way. Friendly service, fresh bread, and a little bit of Japanese baking charm right here on Blue Diamond.
5 star for service alone! We were in town from Reno and I love finding all Japanese bakery's and decided to try Pullman bread. It's super cute but I wish they had a place to sit. There were no tables or chairs so keep that in mind. I didn't know what to get with their massive options and Mari was so helpful. I thought she was the owner because of how knowledgeable she was and she was extremely friendly. All the food we got was delicious and thank you again to Mari for being so helpful.
Pullman Bread on Blue Diamond offer some of the freshest onigiri and sandos in town. With so many different varieties they offer onigiri with shrimp tempura, chicken, Wagyu, salmon and many more. I went with the Wagyu and the beef was well seasoned and the rice was very fresh. I also tried the egg sando and the bread was fresh and the egg was creamy. Service was amazing with a helpful staff answering any questions as well as introducing new items. A well designed space and it's authentic as it gets.

The cutest little Japanese store ever! There's coffees sandwiches desserts etc. everyone in there is super friendly. Fast and efficient. We stop by here all the time :)
I haven't been here in ages since they remodeled but finally was able to stop by! I was looking forward to try their ice matcha but it has dairy in it which I can't have right now. Someone told me this was one of the best matcha. However, you really can't substitute other nondairy options. They have none. I'll have to come back on a different day. Anyways I got the Wagyu rice ball, curry beef pastry, and egg sando. Egg sando was delicious and on point! I'd love to try their other sandos though. Wagyu rice ball was pretty good but I think it would taste better warmed up. Curry beef--was not a fan of. Maybe I had to heat that up. A little too mushy for me. Service was great! She gave me the Wagyu rice ball for free to try! So nice! Everyone here is usually professional and kind. Definitely will be back to try that matcha and sandos
Pullman Bread has a beautiful interior -- almost like walking into a zen garden display the moment you step inside. The space itself was honestly more memorable than the food. We came in around 9 PM and there weren't any employees in sight at first, so we stood around for a few minutes before a nice girl finally took our order. The bread was just okay in my opinion, nothing that really made me want to come back. Maybe it's better earlier in the day or closer to opening, but based on this visit, I probably won't be returning anytime soon.
This is the perfect place to stop by before your flight! Airport food is so pricey and mediocre but Pullman Bread offers fresh onigiris and sandwiches at decent prices. There's a good amount of variety and I wish I had a chance to try everything but one of my favorite onigiris would have to be the Mentaiko Mayo. We got to try the Premium Wagyu Beef onigiri as well but it tasted more like bulgogi so it wasn't my favorite. My friends also enjoyed their egg sandos! The workers are very nice and are willing to help/answer any questions you may have. They open everyday from 7 AM to midnight making it pretty accessible before heading over to the airport, which is a less than 15 minute ride there! This is a definite must if you're heading to Las Vegas (or leaving) for a quick snack
We stopped by right at opening, excited for some fresh Japanese pastries, but the experience was unfortunately not the best during our first visit here. Despite it being the morning rush, there was only one person (Sophia T) working the counter. She was clearly overwhelmed, and it showed in her demeanor--her attitude toward customers shifted as the line grew. It was frustrating to see several other staff members in the back who weren't lifting a finger to help her. WARNING: There is a 2% service fee. This was not clearly displayed; the sign was hidden, which felt dishonest. Melon Bun Matcha ($5): Lacked flavor. Black Truffle Salty Buttery Bread ($6): The taste was actually good, but the portion was tiny for the price. Clam Chowder Croquette ($3.20): Extremely small, oily, and did not taste the clam chowder flavor at all.
Pullman Bakery has been sitting in my Vegas Yelp bookmarks for a minute, so we already knew we had to try it. We went for breakfast on our first day of the trip and wow, it did not disappoint. We ordered almost every rice ball (the Wagyu was our absolute favorite), plus the melon pan, salmon sandwich, beef curry ball, chicken karaage, and a PB&J sando. Everything was sooo good. We really wanted to try the strawberry sando too, but we knew we were already pushing it with how much we ordered There are no seats inside the store but that's ok! There was a bench outside which was where we sat to eat before our next destination. From the 100/10 friendly customer service to the quality of the food and the clean, beautiful space this spot is an easy recommendation in Vegas. If you love Japanese sandos or snacks, you have to check this place out.
My friends and I were looking for a quick breakfast and came across Pullman Bread. We placed an online order, so everything was ready by the time we arrived. When we got there, we were greeted by the woman working, and she was very friendly and welcoming. The space inside is also really cute, though it is mostly a grab and go spot. I ordered the strawberry sando, beef curry bun, tuna mayo rice ball, and the premium wagyu and beef rice ball. We all agreed that the strawberry sando was our favorite, and it's comparable to the ones I've tried in Japan. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely come back the next time I'm in Vegas. read more

I will always always always stop by Pullman's during my trip to Vegas for my all-time favorite tuna mayo onigiri. My most recent visit (which is today, hahah), I decided to drop a yelp review. I just feel like this place is so underrated, which is rare because Japanese bakeries are usually so popular and loaded with people. Plus, Pullman has great bread! Last time I tried their toast, which was sooo soft.. I was literally eating a cloud in my mouth! This place is open 17 hours, which is great for when you want a late night snack or a really early breakfast to get a head start on your day. Though it's open most of a day, their shelves are always full and the good are perfectly placed. This time I got tuna mayo onigiris (like every time), and the Belgian chocolate marble cube loaf, which I have never tried before. The onigiris: perfect every time. The Japanese rice is so soft and is loaded with tuna mayo. LOADED loaded. The Belgian chocolate marble cube loaf did not disappoint! The marble was impressive; the bread was in folds and there was chocolate in between each fold.. each bite had a good taste of chocolate! I love how Pullman do not waste even the odds and ends of their pastries. Instead of throwing it away, they put them out as samples for us to enjoy! I think this is such a cute way to decrease food-waste and also give us a small taste of their pastries. Love Pullman! Will be back soon! read more

I took my partner here because she really loves bread shops and pastries. The shop is quaint and smaller than I expected inside. They had a few onigiri available in about 6 flavors, and a bakery display with different kinds of desserts in it. The sandwiches with fruit and cream stood out to me the most. They also had some savory varieties. There were an array of cakes in cups, and I expected my partner to pick the matcha strawberry tiramisu. However, she decided on a package of butter mochi instead. She let me know she felt it was pricey but tasted a lot like her childhood. While I don't care much for mochi, I will admit it was pretty delicious. They also serve Japanese curry bowls here and a few varieties of tea. Everything looked really well presented and perfectly curated. That being said, the prices prevented us from trying as much as we wanted to. I felt that $8-9 is too much for the most of the desserts offered, so we skipped out on ordering anything else. I know that the desserts are made with imported flour - but it felt like too much of a splurge to spend $20 on two small desserts. I liked the interior of the shop a lot. It was an interesting layout with a little decorative display in the center that had some Japanese snacks and candy on it, and some areas to microwave or heat up your food on the way out. Everything was done in a lovely wooden theme inside, which was a nice change from the stereotypical Vegas shops that are sterile and minimalistic. This was a cute stop on our way home from IKEA, but it wasn't really for me personally. I like that it made my partner happy and that such a shop exists for those who are craving the sweet side of Japan. It's a very cute spot and I recommend people at least stop by and check out some of the neat selections they have. read more
Stopped by here on the way to Red Rock for a hike and picked up some delicious pastries. I particularly enjoyed the crab croquette and it came out fresh and hot. There were so many cute sandwiches and I was tempted by the cat loaf! I would definitely be coming back if I were local. The Sandwiches were full and fresh. I don't know how they do it but they managed to open for 24/7. That's a good concept but the selections are very limited when it's late at night. I love to buy their original toasts to make at home toasts. Their curry bun and the covid bun is best. But I haven't seen them sell the covid bun in a long time. Their melon pan is too hard on top and it's just not fluffy in general so I'll focus on buying their other good stuff like the egg Sandos, their parfaits and tiramisu. read more

I'm in love with this place. It's official. I'm going to get down on one knee and ask Pullman Bread for its hand in marriage. I saw some videos about this place online and was so excited to try it during my short trip to Vegas from LA. It is so cute and cozy inside and the employees are super nice! I didn't get her name, but the woman helping us with blonde hair was the nicest person ever. When we told her we were traveling back home today, she helped us and gave us some ice and helped us pack our order to fit in there nicely. We got their egg sandwiches (delicious and so soft), their onigiri (favs: Char-Siu&Jidori Egg, Tuna Mayo, Grilled Salted Salmon), and some sweets. Their egg sandwiches are absolute perfection and so soft. Their onigiri is delicious, fresh, and flavorful. The rice... is something... I cannot even describe. It is so soft in a way that you do not get at other places that sell onigiri. It's incredible. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors at all. EVERYTHING is good here. I truly wish I lived here just for Pullman's! read more
Pullman bread is my go to late night spot, they are 24/7. My Las Vegas People know late night food is hard to find other than fast food... This place is always fresh and service is always friendly, they have a great selection of desserts and bread right up in front. If you don't see somthing in the rack don't be afraid to ask they will make most of the items fresh you just have to wait. The onigiri for example is made to order most of the time late night, just ask they will make it for you, they have hot food as well in the side warming box some stuff can be made others if they are sold out then that can't be helped. The staff here is always willing to answer questions and help you navigate with the different choices, as you can see in my pictures they have tons of Japanese Sando!!!!! They are all super fresh. My go to choices are the classic egg and the tuna also the ham and cheese with egg... When it comes to onigiri I love the plum and tuna and mayo also the grilled eel rice is so good!!! This place is smaller than expected, no real seating area (just two standing room only tables) and pretty much grab and go! The food is good, but a tad expensive. We drove out to just to try the melt in your mouth pastries. The garlic croissant did not disappoint! I'm closer to Chinatown and prefer that area and prices, but thank you Pullman for being there for folks near blue diamond area. 3 stars because you can't sit and have a chat with friends. read more

On a Sunday morning in December. My family and I visited this Japanese bakery. Inside is small compared to their instagram video. Wanted to make a hot sandwich so was looking for Asian toast slices so that is how I found Pullman. I got a loaf of the honey bread, chicken kaarage, beef curry bun, strawberry shortcake and egg sando. The chicken kaarage was too oily, don't recommend. The beef curry bun was small and average. It was quite expensive at $6. The honey bread was ok, the flavor was good, but it's not that soft as I was hoping for the Japanese shokupan, not even close. The egg sando was nicely seasoned and delicious. The strawberry shortcake was a nice portion size and when they put it in a cup there's less cream so that is good. I also liked that the strawberry was sliced so in each bite you can have strawberry, cake and cream together. They had really cute cat shaped loafs. Overall, quite expensive, so I'm not sure if I will come back often. read more

This place is awesome. The inside is so pretty and peaceful, and feels like you step into a different country rather than just another store. The customer service is amazing, especially Kai, who took his time to explain everything there and how recent each item was made. I spent about $100 there and everything that was purchased was delicious. So much variety. The apple bread was cute too, how it is made to look exactly like an apple. I've heard great things about this Japanese 24 hour bakery in Las Vegas. We were in town and made sure to drop by to see what all the hype is all about. We arrived on a late Tuesday night. The bakery is located in a nice plaza off Blue Diamond in Vegas. There is easy and accessible parking in the large parking lot. Once inside there is a nice Japanese cultural decor going on. Pastries, sandos, dessert, hot items, etc are looking fresh and appetizing in the display windows. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered the seasoned egg sando, the Dashimaki egg sando, strawberry shortcake cup, 3 salmon onigiris, and chicken karaage. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Both egg sandos had the right consistency of fluffiness and egg creaminess. The karaage was crispy and tender. Finally the shortcake cup was full of sweetness. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Pullman Bread. I appreciate the 24 hours availability of the bakery. The variety of choices was a nice touch. We will definitely be back to try other goodies. read more

A cute little Japanese bakery that smells like heaven when you walk through the door. It offers a combination of sweet and savory goods in its display windows. I like that they offer a toaster on the side for you to warm up your food before you leave. There is a wide variety of sandos (mostly savory egg options but one strawberry option), onigiris, pastries, salt bread, and buns. There was also soft shell crab which was an interesting find in a bakery. We got the garlic butter salt bread, the matcha melon pan, an egg & ham sando (happened to be 30% off today), and a peach apricot danish. Everything was a hit - so fresh and satisfying. It is a little on the pricier side but I think the quality is well worth it. Google reviews mention a discount for locals but this doesn't exist anymore just as an fyi. The woman who was helping us was extremely sweet and lively, making us feel like family and joking around with us. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Vegas. read more

My husband and I love our late-night snacks, so we were glad to find a place like Pullman Bread open 24/7--especially since it has the kinds of snacks we enjoy. I got the shrimp tempura onigiri, chicken onigiri, seasoned egg sandwich, matcha strawberry tiramisu, and a sausage bun. We enjoyed every single thing we ordered. The person helping us was very kind, and we had a great conversation with her. I loved the variety of foods--pastries, rice, curry dishes, noodles, cakes, and more. We'll definitely be back. Mari and all the staff are the best! We were in town for the BTS concerts aka Borahaegas and we are so glad we found this place. All the food we tried was so delicious and freshly made. We tried almost everything! Can't go wrong with egg sandwiches and the onigiris. We went here twice, one day first thing in the morning and the next time we went was around 10am and everything was almost sold out so be sure to come early! We will definitely be back! What a gem! Beautifully prepared artisanal baked goods and the customer service is impeccable. Being our first visit, we had a lot to take in - they offer so many treats! We were given a description of each item in the case that we may have had a question about, which provided us with a point of reference for what to expect. For our visit, we decided upon a Las Vegas High Roller Suites Sandwich (AKA cream fruit sandwich $8.99), a Kinako Mochi (AKA warabi mochi $5.99), and a Beef Curry Bun ($5.99). Let me tell you, I was genuinely surprised at how excellent every item tasted. The cream fruit sandwich was such a pleasant surprise. I had expected it to taste like just whipped cream and some fresh cut fruit between two pieces of sandwich bread, but no way! The level of flavors (tangy and lightly sweet) were so wonderfully delightful, refreshing and light. The fruit was some of the best tasting fruit I've had in a very long while, and the bread- that ain't any regular sandwich bread! The texture and taste was reminiscent of a light sponge and angel food cake mix. This sandwich was a very pleasant surprise. I had also been wanting to try warabi mochi for a few years now and the moment I saw that they offered it, I jumped at the chance. It too was all I had wishes for. Last but certainly not least, the beef curry bun *chef's kiss*. It was SO FLAVORFUL, a tad spicy with heat, and the bun was soft yet with a nice crust and slight chew. I must note how lovely, clean, and organized the interior of the bakery shop is too. It's warm and inviting. Not to forget, they're open 24 hours AND offer a Nevada locals discount. Cute Japanese bakery!! And it's open 24 hours!! So great for late night munchies. They have a nice selection of sweet and savory items! The staff are so friendly and nice. I got the marble chocolate bread (super fluffy and sweet) I almost ate the entire loaf. I also had the simple butter croissant ( so buttery and salty it was just perfect). They also have late night discount and local discount! (I don't think you can combine the discount). It is slightly on the pricier side I would say but I think it's worth it (plus there's discounts and always new items!) read more

The fact that they're open 24 hours is reason enough to give them five stars. Had a road trip to Vegas and stopped by here before getting to my family's place. I was amazed at the variety of different sandos and onigiri they had. It was hard for us to not get one of everything. The prices were a bit more than I was hoping they'd be, but they do a 25% discount for Nevada residents which is nice of them! Unfortunately that didn't apply to us, but it's nice for residents! Each sando cost about $6, and I think their onigiris cost a bit less. Honestly blacked out and bought like 4 or 5 sandwiches, and a couple onigiris to bring to our family. My faves were the classic egg salad and the mentaiko onigiri. They also had fruit and whipped cream sandos, and other sweet pastries available, but I didn't grab any (next time!) The service was great! There's usually only one person working the front counter, so be prepared to wait a bit as they take one customer at a time. Both employees who helped us when we first initially got to Vegas and when we dropped by on our way home (yes we went twice because we loved it that much!), were super nice and helpful! Also, although it's a smaller bakery with no seating area, it's clean, and bright, and everyone seems to love it here. This is definitely a great bakery to grab something quick and yummy to eat. I think they only have milk bread, charcoal bread and honey bread.

I'm not sure! I don't think I saw any Vegan options, but maybe call them and they can tell you. :)
Do they label anything with price? I checked the photo I only seen one item labeled with price, do I have to ask every single item when I go?
