We were considering putting in a pool and asked several of our neighbors for recommendations. Everyone we talked to said to use Pulliam Pools. We interviewed several other pool builders and liked the customer focus, price and process described by our salesman, Carl. The one-on-one meetings during the design, a zoom meeting review in the evening to accommodate our schedules, the attention to every detail was awesome!!! I loved the line item review and ability to add, change or delete options and see the cost immediately. Our job superintendent, Ruben was AMAZING! He was on site every day during construction, making sure the subs showed up and completed the work and then cleaned up when they left. He was in constant communication with us throughout the entire 8-week installation. He answered our phone calls after hours and during the holidays! Ruben is also a huge dog-lover and kept our big boy Bandit calm during the build. I personally work in the construction business and can't say enough about the customer focus and attention to detail that Ruben exhibited on our project. He is the face of Pulliam for his clients after the sale. The startup and pool school completed by Grant was also GREAT! He was clear and patient showing us how to maintain our equipment. From our initial contact with Bart our designer and Ken the job site supervisor through Frank our "pool school" instructor we could not be more pleased with everyone that was on site. Everyone was respectful of our property and our time and the quality of their own work. Very pleased with the results. From breaking ground to a full pool was only 28 days. After seeing the actual amount of men, material and equipment it takes to install a pool I'm surprised it can be done so economically. Pulliam completed my pool project in February of 2016. The designer, Nick, listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver a design that met my needs and the constraints of my property, a rather shallow but wide backyard. He was very helpful and the finished product looks just like the 3D drawings he gave me. The office staff and my construction superintendent, Brian, were very good about keeping me informed about upcoming events in the process and worked around my schedule when needed. They have been very helpful when I've had questions after the pool startup. Everyone that has seen it has been impressed with what they were able to accomplish in such a small space. Our pool was built by Pulliam Pools in Fort Worth...our sales rep was Ron Hayes. When we decided to build a pool, we met with 3 different pool companies. Obviously cost is a major contributing factor in deciding what company to hire to build your pool, but quality is definitely right up there too. Pulliam wasn't our lowest bid, but their sales staff, honesty, knowledge and quality was hands down the best of the 3..by a long shot. We were assigned a construction project manager who was excellent in answering questions along the way and keeping us informed during each phase of the pool building process. I chose Pullium because they have been in business ever since I can remember, and I wanted someone I could count on and take pride in their product like they do. I was just cussed out by one of your drivers on my way to chemo. He yelled at us for not letting him in when we couldn't. It still doesn't give a grown man permission to cuss out my mom who is 76 years old! We were on interstate 30 headed to downtown due to something that happened on the side of the road. I just thought you should know how your drivers act in your trucks. If they act like that driving to work they don't care about your business obviously. read more
