The staff were very nice and friendly! It's such a neat space and I have sometimes flip-flop between a milk, tea, a fruit tea, and a smoothie. Luckily this location has all three options. It is similar (if not the same) as ones you get from japanese convenience stores. For the price point, I would have expected berger taste and quality. The wait wasn't worth it for what was being served. I don't think I'd come back to this location but might give it another try elsewhere.
