Did I include a bathroom pic? Absolutely? Why? As the kids might say, it was a whole vibe. Impeccably clean, large, and beautifully decorated, I was absolutely not expecting that. Everything else? The tiramisu will disappoint you if you really expect classic tiramisu, otherwise, one of the most refreshing, delicious slices of cake I have had in some time. My cortado was also fantastic. And the service, polite and kind, we shall definitely return.

VERY NICE BUT NOT WELCOMING !! I had a bagel lol so it taste like a bagel nothing fancy ... They don't have many non caffeinated options so if you are a tea girl like me this is not your spot . I still wanted to try something so I got bagel and berry tea . Tea was very flavorful. I've had it before . $8 for bagel and tea . Not bad ! Service: personally think the place can be more welcoming to people. As an African American women it's hard to go into nice places and get ppl to understand you can afford and belong here . When greeted , the lady at the front said no welcome but you can't sit here unless you buy I thought that was distasteful. What made you think we came here to just look . She was so rude . we proceeded to get food and sat down . The girl at the register isn't welcoming either . Only one other waitress asked were we okay and idk if she asked because we were there for a while or genuine question. I'm disappointed tbh . The shop itself is nice , very beautiful! Love the dog gear . If I had a pet , I would purchase some stuff but with employers like that it really disturbed me . They have a lake behind so you can sit outdoors if you like that .

This place is SO cute inside! I wish I had a dog to spoil because there were so many cute items to purchase for dogs. Nonetheless, I was here to try the coffee and possibly even some food items. My sisters & I all enjoyed our drinks. I enjoyed the dirty chai latte because you could actually taste the spices and cardamom. I also thought the brûlée cheesecake and peanut butter pie...and omg those were DIVINE. I'll definitely be back to try more things out!

I have been going to PUCCI Cafe for over a year and think it's the best place in La Centerra being so scenic and relaxing. The menu tasty, and the vibe is definitely great for some chit chat or studying. The decorations are also cute and I love being friends and family, it has always been a wonderful time!

I don't have a doggie, but if I did.... My daughters all love dogs and after our beloved Duke passed over the rainbow bridge, they started fostering. This would be the perfect place to pick up a gift or a treat for your pampered pooch. A special thanks to the sweet young lady who looked at all of the photos of the doggies that my daughter have fostered over the past seven years. She was so patient and sweet.

Came here for a study session and brunch with a friend. I got there before her and walked in and asked the lady at the door "black bob older lady" for two seats inside. Her response was immediately "you have to order first before you can sit". I thought that was the strangest thing to say as I've never been greeted that way before I did have my books and laptop in hand so maybe she thought I was just coming to do work but that would never be the case unless I'm going to a library . So I went back outside and waited for my friend. We both walked in together skipped the lady, ordered, and then sat down. The lady who took our order was very pleasant and polite. I ordered an iced caramel coffee and cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. It doesn't get any more basic than that but it was very good. The bagel was fresh and my coffee was made to perfection. The highlight of this place was the decor!! Omg can we talk about how cute this little boutique is for dogs? I wish I was still a dog owner because this would be the place to stop shop and eat with my teacup yorkie. They have the cutest outfits. The esthetic is extremely pleasing. They have an outside area to sit at as well. The shop is very narrow not too big but definitely enough space for a chill day for us. I would definitely try this place again outside of the rudeness from the lady at the door.

I was at La Centerra for the farmers market but I had my dog and wanted to grab a coffee so I went to this cafe as it was half dog store and half coffee shop! At first I thought that it would be a bit expensive for the coffee but it was actually very good priced! The barista was very nice recommended one of their iced lattes and an iced mochaccino so that's what we got. They were so delicious! Definitely the best latte I've had in a while! Since we brought our dog we also got him a little biscuit and they served it on a little plate with some whipped cream! The shop was very laid back and clean! We liked looking around the shop at all of the different dog clothes although they were a little out of our price range Overall we loved this coffee shop and it was definitely the best one I've tried in a LONG time. HIGHLY recommend trying this shop out whether or not you have a dog as it was amazing!

We recently had a great first experience at Pucci Cafe. I thought it would just be an overpriced spot for average coffee, but I was proven wrong. The people working here were very friendly. The interior is well decorated, and there were designer dog accessories on display which was fun to look at. Most importantly, however, the drinks were great - I ordered a latte and my husband ordered a mocha, and we were happy with both. It was a bit expensive, but nothing out of the ordinary for a fancy coffee shop. Another positive is that Pucci is located in La Centerra with plenty of outdoor tables by the lake, making their patio a very relaxing spot to enjoy your drinks.

From outdoors to indoors, the appearance and decor of Pucci Cafe was so chic. This place is really a vibe! Service was excellent and all the workers were friendly! Love the play on names of luxury brands. The merch is mainly catered to small dogs, but there were a variety of dog treats that were reasonably priced. Got the Patriotic Pretzel ($3) & PB Bites/ Everyday Bite ($2 each). Got the Beagle Breve for ourselves; super delicious! Can't wait to try other drinks. Would come back to relax on their patio and enjoy the views!

I absolutely loved PUCCI Cafe. Me and my husband had never been inside. He thought it was a fancy dog store and I thought it was a wine bar. Turns out we were both right! So fun. Such a cute little place. We enjoyed a glass of wine and the manager showed us around and talked to us about all the extras the place offered that we were unaware of. They throw birthday parties for your fur baby! So cute!! Decent selection of wine and beer. We will be back and bring our little fur baby along next time.

Best patio in Katy by a mile. The service is also spectacular and friendly. I was recommend a new off menu cortado by one of the workers and it did not disappoint. The prices are higher than other places, but you definitely get a premium experience at pucci. Love to get some work done or just catch up with friends here. I am also a big fan of their restrooms which are private and exceptionally clean.

If you are looking for a the most extra, boujee, but cute pet boutique, then look no more. This place has become a frequent weekend spot for my wife and fur babies, the patio seating is very nice outlooking the lake and staff are very friendly towards your fur family. Don't come here for the food, you are going to get Costco packaged goods (and they charge you as such, it's a $3 waffle, what do you expect). The coffee is decent, but certainly not a roastery. Come here for the ambiance and for supporting a business that shares your love of animals. The in-store goods are premium and well package for easy pet-lover gifting. Ordered: Belgian Waffle, Croissant, Coffee Latte Would I Recommend to Try? Yes Would I Come Back? Yes Ambiance- 10/10 Food Taste- 5/10 Service- 10/10 Date Worthy- 10/10 Value- 8/10

I can truly highly recommend Pucci Cafe in so many ways. Beginning with customer service working with Charlene. She is top notch! Extremely friendly, very quick to respond to emails and highly professional. The collars I ordered my pup are outstanding. First of all, the quality is superb. Beautiful leather with gorgeous hardware. The Gucci of dog collars! I could not be more happy with my overall transaction with this company. Please buy with confidence! As an example for size, I have a 9 pound Maltipoo, and purchased the size small collars. They fit him with room. The XS was too tight. read more

Awful overpriced coffee. Pricing not transparent. Shows a charge of 6.00 for latte. Nothing special. Charged $5 more for a large size which is the same size as a Starbucks medium cup. Asked why the additional charge. They said its because its a large. Doesnt show different pricing on the menu they handed. Not impressed by the dog material either. Its a knockoff designer /counterfeit wear for pups using wordplay on Gucci, Louis, etc.. WEIRD. Might as well go to harwin if you want knockoffs for your dog. read more

loved the seating outside, the waiters came and asked if we are all good and would like to order, i told them when i'm about to leave i'll order and they was fine with it, but when i walked inside to order one of the ladies decided to make a face and a sound as if she was bothered that i came in to order, but then she got changed with someone else to help me with my order and i ordered a strawberry matcha with a croissant, i got the croissant and it was the way i ordered, but when i was handed my match it had no sign of it being a strawberry matcha mind you i don't ever order these drinks i was getting it for someone else, i asked them is this a strawberry matcha, she looks me in thr face and said yes it is, extremely disappointed and upset for my first time there i get treated like that lied to and not treated nicely. read more

It is a cute establishment, however that's it. The service was awful. I went with 3 ladies. First person ordered apple turnover & lemonade. Second ordered chicken salad sandwich, macaroon & coffee. Third ordered coffee, wine, cannoli & a couple dog treats. Fourth lady ordered an apple turnover, a muffin & a glass of wine. The lemonade and one coffee came out first. Then 10-15 min later the first apple turnover was presented. It was fine. Then we waited. And waited. The sandwich was served 40min after ordering, and it came out wrong, it was ordered on a croissant but came out on a bun, so was sent back and that was another 20min wait. It wasn't anything spectacular. The dog treats were delivered. They are cute. Hope the dog likes them! The cannoli was not rang up, so we didn't get that. Upon ordering the cannoli, it was even requested to pack it to go...but again, it was not even rang up. Finally after about 90 min. we asked when the second turnover and muffin would be out, and was told 'soon'. The muffin wasn't even finished, & it was shared...not that great. We inquired about items in the glass display, but was never given any answers. Intention was to purchase an item (and they are not cheap) but that didn't happen. One lady was over charged, was told the manager would correct the error....we never saw the manager. Overall, the place is cute, there is a nice patio on the back. Pet watching was fun. But don't think that this is a quick stop to pop in and grab a coffee & danish...it is not. If you plan to visit this establishment, be prepared to wait, for a while. When we arrived there were ZERO ppl in the place...I can only imagine the wait time if there were a crowd. We would had spent more money on items if the staff were more organized, timely and had better customer service. But instead we left disappointed and will not ever return. read more

I'm gonna have to start a trend of yummy points. Henceforth every rating shall have them! Starting with this LOVELY Christmas vibing spot. Cute and quaint. Full of delicious delicacies. I enjoyed a sugar free vanilla latte while the babies had hot chocolate. I had to taste theirs just to be sure it was copacetic of course . I give my latte 7 yummy points out of 10 with 10 being "OMG...get some, ok??" Our was tasty and creamy. But I'm a coffeholic so I can't say it was a 10. Better than the most common brand that shall remain nameless as it is one of my favs. But it begins and ends with and "s." Ok next to the SEASONAL red velvet cake. 10 yummy points!! The buttercream frosting was lightly sweet and fluffy. Hurry before it's gone!! The cannoli is what my babies had. Again, see above note re my quality check. 10 yummy points!! If you're looking for luxurious ambiance in a coffee shop/bakery/pooch gift shop, DO NOT pass this spot. I can't wait to come back again. I just wish my Rottweiler wouldn't destroy any of the cute sweaters, leashes, and chew toys! That's an odd combination of offerings, I KNOW RIGHT? But I promise you, it works. read more

Do not come here to do some work - I came around 10 AM, ordered a drink and jumped on some work calls. 2 and half hours later about to jump off my computer and a worker came over to say "we only allow people to work inside that order a certain amount of items since we have limited space. So if someone comes and needs a table, we will ask you to leave"! I was shocked, I work at several coffee shops and have never had someone say this. I ordered a drink, you don't have food for lunch so what else would I order? There were two tables beside me that were also shocked. One with three women working as well that were there before me. Keep in mind 3-4 chairs open to sit at if needed. We all got up and left! I won't be back. read more

We went here to celebrate my pup's Gotcha Day! The place and outdoor seating is just gorgeous. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. They have a separate menu for dog treats! Keep i mind this is a cafe, do not a full food menu for humans! They have a good selection of desserts, drinks and coffee. Can be a great after dinner/ brunch place. read more

Really nice ambiance to sit at their patio with seeing the little lake and having some wine! I brought my Chihuahua and Pom, both enjoyed very much in the nice weather. Their waitresses are super friendly and they are very helpful to hold my dog during my shopping. I bought a cute black dress and a fun t-shirt for my Chihuahua. They are awesome i bought the part, immediately got a confirmation followed up with shipping and my collar was here in two days. I was overly impressed with the very nice pouch it was in and the quality is incredible. My husband just brought home a slice of red velvet. It was stale. The layers were crunchy and awful. You need to check on the freshness of your cakes. It's shameful to charge $7 for a slice and have it be this awful. read more

One of the employees, Finn Wolfhard, or a guy who looks a lot like Finn Wolfhard was very attentive. He checked in on our table when I was having a mental breakdown over chemistry midterms and I think he deserves a raise for that. The chocolate truffle latte was also one of the best coffee I've had in my life. I would definitely recommend this place to my dog. read more

Worst customer service ever! Came in to try a glass of wine at 9:30PM and the girl who provided us service was about to open a bottle and the manager or young gentleman who needs to be taught how the hospitality service works stopped her and said she couldn't open a new bottle to provide a sample and then the gentlemen offered us a sample of wine in a pucci plastic cup and told us he couldn't give us a proper wine glass to drink our glass of wine we purchased outside. The girl serving us deserves a raise but the gentlemen who was assisting us needs to take a class in hospitality or a class in how customer service industry works. read more

The Pucci Cafe is an amazing shop! I have never received such excellent customer service. Charlene went above and beyond to help me with a very last minute Christmas sweater for my son's sweet pup (who is 65 lbs and hard to find a large enough sweater for). She was a huge help figuring out the right size and then with placing the order. She then made sure it went out the same day and arrived in time for a few days wear before Christmas! This place although atheistically pleasing has a very rude staff. WOW! this place is out of this world. As a first time customer I was amazed at how wonderful and sweet the staff is! My waitress was lauren and she was such a good help! I went to this cute little Cafe about a week ago I was greeted with a big smile from Lauryn and two other cute little black headed girls! It was very hot that day and it seemed to be even hotter in there, they said that the AC was out and I praise them for working in that! It was very elegant inside and I really did enjoy it! What I did not enjoy was this old crabby lady with black hair, she was a very moody and straight up rude person! I did not enjoy here attitude, as I am not sure if maybe it was the weather or stress, i still don't think you should treat customer's like that. That this was the bar area and music right next to us was expected. I told him that if we didn't get another table that we wanted a discount and he was adamant about not giving a discount. I then went to the ladies at The Who were no use at all. Finally they a lady with glasses found a table. This all being said the menu was prefixed at $94 a person. The food was mediocre at best for the price. The only good thing was the valet. The reservation personnel had to be the laziest and least competent people I've ever dealt with. I find it hard to believe that not one or more people cancelled their reservation for that night. If so then that wouldn't be able to change our table. It saddens me because we went to Pane e Vino once before and everything was exceptional

the patio is nice in the evenings when it cools down, sometimes they have live music too! Customer service is good everyone we interacted with was nice and our server Susanna kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy a coffee read more

I love making Pucci my first stop to grab treats for my dogs and myself! Isabella provides me iced coffee options - I've liked them all so far. She also shows me new chew toy products for my dogs making my purchases so much easier. read more
