Great publix like everyone else said. I just can't find everything I need though and usually have to make another trip to Whole Foods for more organic stuff. I've noticed a lot of the organic produce doesn't sell as quickly so doesn't last as long when I bring it home. Really friendly staff though and they go out of their way to help! Definitely my go to grocery when I'm in a rush and can't make the longer drive. read more

Young man standing at register closest to lottery area talking to another female coworker. Myself and the guy in front of me waiting 5+ minutes standing, waiting for lottery. Guy in front of me finally said "Enough" and young man came over. Did the guys lottery then did mine but messed up. I had to have him redo it. Staff are consistently lazy, checkout lines always take forever, absolutely hate this store. Would rather go to the other location in Windermere by Summerport. read more

Everytime I visit my kids I frequent this store to stock up they're grocery needs. I find the entire staff from the meat area, produce and deli always going above and beyond to make you happy. And check out is always a breeze. Nice selection in all departments. My only want today was a soda fountain in the deli like my local publix. I sip my sweet tea as I shop around but it was ok I just picked up a small bottle in the refrigerator. Thanks guys and keep up the excellent work! read more

This is a really nice place to shop. The store is super clean, brightly lit and always well stocked. The produce is fresh and it lasts well when I get it home. The staff are VERY helpful and go out of their way to assist you with any request. I shop here regularly and I have never had any kind of poor experience. Finally, at the checkout staff will pack for you and assist you to your car and help you unpack. A fantastic shopping experience. read more

Wonderful store. Wonderful staff. Clean well stocked store staff is knowledgeable and helpful. What my family like the best is that there are no mask police. We choose not to wear a mask in the store or anywhere else for that matter. There are other people as well. that also choose to have the right not to wear a mask while shopping. Went in grab some lunch and I grab an empty cup to put sauce and silverware in it and went to check out at express lane. The lady asked if I just want the silverware of the cup cuz Publix has to pay for a cup. Don't mind to pay at for it but if you really don't want people to use it then put a sign up. I olasked if she wants it back she said well it's too late now l. Then I ask if she would like me to pay for the empty cup say nothing and stub the change back into my hand so hard with an attitude that the change went flying all over a place. And all I got from her is " you got it?" While I'm collecting them. Very rude. read more

I do like this store layout more than the summerport Publix, but both of these locations suffer from consistent multiple out of stocks on advertised items. The experience on the floor is good. I always see the assistant produce manager is always working hard stocking and interacting with customers. The checkout experience tonight was bad. When checking out the wait was also longer than it should be with 2 lanes and 1 express line opened. Of course there was an issue in our line and the cashier had to leave. There were plenty of employees stocking, but not enough help at the front. When we were walking out at 9:10pm there was an employee vacuuming the vestibule, instead of helping with the line. It is frustrating not finding what you planned to buy and frustrating when you don't feel valued when it's time to pay. read more

I wasn't expecting to ever put a review in for a supermarket, however, at this Publix, you can watch the fireworks! I'm not sure if it's the Disney or Universal ones, but at 9pm, you can see it! Very nice view! If you plan to get groceries and it's getting late and need a little bit of a pick me up by seeing fireworks, this is the place to be! read more

I was the 7th customer in this Publix at there grand opening a couple of years ago. As in most Publix, I have never been disappointed. Service and quality are top notch. From the deli to the meat department all of the employees go out of their way to help you. I have asked where an item might be and the stockers stop what they are doing just to bring me to the item. Where Shopping Is NOT a Pleasure! Got in line at the deli, waited 25 minutes before an employee was able to address me. When she did she didn't know the menu and was confused on how to complete order. She was told to go look in the back and when she did they began serving other customers even though I had another order to put in. Publix is for you if you like paying a premium on staple items AND the service sucks. At least at Wal-mart you are dealing with a computer. read more

Went here to buy liquor for 4th of July and I always come here and shop and everyone is already friendly. Except Teri first time seeing her here older lady but man was she rude and demanding! She kept insisting for me to buy the Kerry gold Irish cream that was on sale. If it wasn't for my wife I wouldn't have bought it! It got real annoying especially when she commented on how it will make her look good if I buy it. To top it off the Irish cream rep wouldn't give me the last key chain! Teri commented on giving me hers if I bought one which she never did! read more

Best grocery at the neighborhood. It's always super clean. The staff is amazing.

This is 'my' Publix, being the one closest to my house, and it is my favorite one! The layout is methodical and sensible, the products are great, and (most importantly) the employees are the best! I have never had a bad experience at Publix ever, and I think that is mostly because their employees are so nice and so good at their jobs. They are always willing to bend over backwards to help, and do it with a smile on their faces! Five stars! read more

Publix as a whole is a good store to shop at. The reason there is a 3 star over a 5 star is the deli is just slow. Plan on always a 15 minute wait. Subs seem to be more of a priority over actually getting $30 worth of meat and cheese. read more

If you want friendly and helpful service, don't go after 9pm! I was totally ignored by at least 5 employees as I walked the aisles. If you don't want to offer assistance, then at least smile and acknowledge your customers. Not a "pleasure" to shop at this store. read more

First, I love Publix. Always good product and my experiences had always been good. The Publix at Lakeside Village-Windermere, FL is somewhat disappointed. The produce, especially the grapes are always bad and in poor condition. The bakery department not so good and they take long time to help you. I'm now going to Sand Lake to buy my groceries. Bigger Publix and more options. read more

Horrible customer service ordering a sub at 8 o'clock on 05/19/16, the attendants couldn't have acted less interested and seemed completely bothered to be making my sub, as they had run out of half the toppings and had to cut all meat. This has been occurring constantly at publix and even though I appreciate what used to be good service this has become intolerable as being the only one it has taken over 20 minutes to just get two subs, I haven't minded paying wxtra for the publix experience however they are losing my business, in to fed up being an inconcinence! read more

This Publix can be hit or miss. Some of the staff very unfriendly. Some of the snowbirds need a life...they are usually the pushy ones who slam their cart against you. You're retired...calm down people. There's plenty of food to go around! read more
