I am very impressed by this place. I went by just to look at it, as I am from the West Coast, but everything looked pretty much good. The people were very service in it, they offered help, and they treat you like you're one of their buddies. They have excellent selection, and everything is immaculate clean.The one thing I would tell them is that if they were going to re-organize an area to do it on that day as there was some freezer that was totally empty, and all he had was shelves on it. read more

First time at this Publix Supermarket with simple access just off Glades Pkwy. Today, the managers were having a meeting of the minds near the customer service counter. This Publix appeared to have had a facelift because it was super modern and has been here for many years. Fantastic deli and bakery where everything looks fresh. Quick flower pick up spot in their florist section. The wine area is massive with a full selection of popular brands like White Zifandel and Josh - prices ranging from $7.99 to $16.99, in addition to a small Champagne and Prosecco display. Plenty BOGO items here including my favorite cereal Cocoa Pebbles including Coke or Diet Coke. The most surprising item here are actually newspapers - Miami Herald, NY Times and Sun Sentinel - did not know newspapers were still in existence and actually read (priced high for $4.00). read more

Never any baggers. And now they're installing self check out. So besides bagging my own groceries, now I have to check myself out and scan my own groceries. All while you've closed an hour earlier since covid (10pm when it used to be 11pm), but you're not lowering prices. In fact there are tik toks being made about Walmart and Target being cheaper. Publix is obviously cutting back on expenses but keeping prices high. I guess that's why Publix's market value is $62 BILLION! They need to change their slogan because Shopping is Not a Pleasure here. read more

This is a very nice Publix! Huge, clean and the workers are so friendly. They have great BOGOs and I am happy to shop in a place that is organized and clean. They have plenty of produce, pastries, salads, meats, seafood, yogurts and more ! I just wish they would encourage people to use their own bags and give a small discount if you did (like Target)! This is my favorite Publix, I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have never ordered off of the catering menu and did so one day prior to my daughter's birthday. I ordered a 28 piece wrap platter that the woman said would be done by 10 am the next day. I had come late to Publix around 12:30 pm and the platter hadn't even been started. This made me late to my daughter's party and I had a lot of other things in the car. Very bad experience, I hope next time things will be done on time. read more

Be careful in this store now. They have a bunch of expired stuff. For the past month that I have come in things have been expired. The expiry ranges from one week to 2 or 3 months. They are usually in the cookie isle and the dairy isles. I have told TWO morning mangers on seperate occasions but I guess they are not taking it seriously. read more

Let's finally review since I come here so much. Why? First, because it's close to me, second, what I save at Walmart I would spend on gas anyways. Plus, they always have B1G1 specials, maybe not on the stuff you buy all the time but eventually you'll see it on sale again. Is it pricey? Compared to Walmart and Winn-Dixie of course. But you'll get quality and excellent customer service. This publix is always clean and organized. Their employees are always helpful and if someone doesn't know at least they will direct you to someone that does. Their cashiers are always friendly and the baggers always willing to help you with your groceries. They have plenty of selections of fresh produce, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, salads, warm food, yogurts, meats, frozen meats, seafood, frozen veggies, canned items, International items, toiletries, wines, ice cream, frozen vegan foods, you name it. There are things of course that if I don't need right away I do buy elsewhere because I know I can get it about $2-$4 cheaper. But that's only if I know I'm planning a trip to the other place because of something particular I need that publix doesn't carry. Also, their pharmacy I believe has some free antibiotics without insurance if you ever need some. I suggest you check out their website to see which ones. What I haven't seen, but then again I haven't asked or really checked, is to see if they have a plastic bag recycling option. We have plenty at home that keep accumulating and I hate to always throw them out. I have even taken some to Walmart to recycle...shhhh. I guess I need to inquire about this so I don't feel like a criminal taking publix grocery bags to Walmart. On another note, this publix gets really busy after work hours, so be patient to find parking. Another time it gets really busy is around 2ish that's when the school across from it plus another one on the side gets dismissed and cars with parents or nannies are everywhere trying to get their kids. Publix parking has several "No School Parking" displayed on their premises, yet parents ignore them and park anyways. It's annoying, I get it. I get why publix would get mad and put up those signs but I also get the parents. I'm a parent myself and I've been there. Sure you wanna follow the rules but if you need to get your kid and there's nowhere else to park what are you gonna do? Plus these same parents also shop at Publix so in a way it's not like publix is losing any money. At least I don't think so. And lastly, this is the last grocery store off of I-75 if you're heading to Tampa or Naples, so I suggest you stop here to potty and buy a few snacks for your road trip, you'll need it. read more

Publix on Glades Circle (Weston) needs to check their system for price accuracy, and their procedures for good customer service. So many problems on all levels. Noone has any answer, noone is accountable. The only thing to conclude is that Publix is purposefully false advertising sales so that customers will buy. The deli advertised an item on sale at $7.99/lb ($1.00 off the regular price). I got 1 pound of the item, brought the bag to the cashier, and it rang up as $8.99. I told them about the yellow price tag of $7.99. The cashier asked the guy who bags groceries to walk over and check the price (is there no phone to call the deli?). He took a long time, and when he finally returned, he said there was no sign that said $7.99/lb. I can't even imagine how anyone could miss that sign that clearly said $7.99/lb so I went back and took a photo of it and brought it to Customer Service. Bea in Customer Service tells me to go talk to the deli manager to find out the real price. I return to the deli and ask for the manager. The deli worker says there is no manager and I have to talk to Customer Service about the price. Just one big runaround; for the prices Publix charges you'd think there would be some accountability. read more

This Publix is great, is a slow store you can get your stuff and be in and out in a jiffy. The deli does take a little long at lunch time and from 5-7pm, the bakery is excellent always well stock and very friendly employees, the bakery manager is an excellent guy love to talk to customers and always gives cookies to kids. Produce is very clean and organized the Produce manger is another excellent guy he will bend backwards for you to make your shopping experience a pleasure. Meat and grocery are excellent as well. In all I dont have any complaints about this Publix. I will always drive here to shop and talk these guys!! read more

My experience with This Publix is since I moved into the area in 2001. It is by far one of the most amazing customer service. Meat department will cut and do what you need with pretty much any meat. I came looking for a particular size rib roast. They didn't have one out ready. They graciously asked if I needed it, they would cut to size right then and there! It was an awesome experience.
