I had not problems with my pick-up order here. I placed it online, picked it up the next day without any surprises or problems. Was attended to quickly and out the door just as fast. Store was very clean and so was the outside parking area. Be careful with the parking poles as a wrong estimation might lead to a hit on the bumper. Staff that helped me was efficient and helpful. Came in at around 10 PM and found an employee who was in sweats and a plain shirt with airpods on. my boyfriend and i assumed he was doing inventory or stocking. he didn't say a single word to us. later in we went to pay and the same employee was ringing people up. he was in a phone call and didn't say a word to us. he was on a phone call talking about girls a then proceeded to curse words such as the n word and sh**. this was extremely unprofessional and i am extremely disappointed i have always gotten treated nicely here but this truly ruined my experience. marcus was the name of the employee and he needs a reevaluation. read more

the employee named Clover is very rude. (Photo counter) she Got annoyed when I asked her if the pictures were ready ( 5 - 4x6) (which she told me 30 minutes so I gave her some time and came back 2 hours later) instead of asking for my name to check on them first she said "well did you get the text"? then she finally asked for my first name, told her my name 3 times and then she caught an attitude bc she meant to ask for my last name, then slammed the pictures on the counter, didn't want to ring me up and told me to pay up front, which is weird bc I always pay for the pictures at the phot counter. As I walked away she said "yeah your welcome" so I'm not sure why she works in retail when she doesn't want to help people. read more

I have come here a few times and this time I noticed there are toys, pop figures and sports trading cards! Very clean and neatly kept Walgreens. Same as most pharmacy/convenience stores they now have healthy options and of course have the junk food stuff too. I doubt that will ever change. Pretty impressed with their ice cream selection too. Next time I come here I may be tempted to get some NFL Football trading cards. read more

Nice, clean store and no lines at the cash register during the day. The parking lot was not very clean but there was plenty of parking. The pharmacy was also not busy. They have a drive thru for prescription drop off and pock up. The photo area was not staffed but when the cashier paged the employee, she showed up rather quickly. There was lots of things on sale including the Valentines candy at 70% off only a few days after Valentine's Day had passed. They also had their winter accessories at 50% off. read more

I've been a customer several years here in weston I'm changing they have changed generic to these off brand pills the pharmacist told me her self. My allergy meds are not working for me last two refills. I'm concerned my insurance is paying for bad brands now. The Walgreens manager there is very rude she'll work to help in the window I've had two very bad customer service issues with her she was very unprofessional. Sadly this is Walgreens now 2021!! This is just your typical Walgreen's, just the same as every other one I've been to. It had a nice selection of lots of different things, from candies to cosmetics to everything in between. However, as nice as the selections offered were, a trend that I've started to notice at Walgreen's all across the country are that the restrooms are not good at all. The floor was very filthy, and the mirror was covered in key carving-writing. There was also writing on the wall by the urinal. Also, something that slightly bothered me was the cashier at the register on the side of the store, the side with cosmetics. She was clearly uninterested, and was seemingly purposely slow, there was a line forming because of one man buying three items. I eventually just moved to the front register where the cashier was more alert and friendly, and there was no line. So yeah, this is a pretty normal Walgreen's, I just wish that it could be a little bit more clean and well-kept. Nothing at all to bad, but nothing too good either. read more

Location has the worst and most miserable pharmaceutical staff ever. After my husband has being a customer for 14 years He just deal with the worst and nastiest staff. Every time he would need a prescription refill or simply a status on it. He would get unacceptable, rude and obnoxious response leading him to search for another pharmacy. The lack of customer service in their staff would definitely cause a lot of problems to the further patrons. Think twice before taking your business here!!! read more

Great 24 hour store for all with all the basics when other stores are closed. The pharmacy staff are very nice, but be sure to call in your scripts in advance to avoid the long wait. There is a drive thru for the pharmacy as well and they are a tat faster, but still a wait to get your meds filled. Not a lot of people shop there resulting in lots of clearance items. read more

The service is horrible. They cancelled my prescription and made me wait till the doctor sent in another one. They had know reason to cancel it and cause me to have to endure the pain that the medication is suppose to relieve. I had to send it to another pharmacy to get my medication. The app used to fill a prescription is often down or incapable to correctly send a request for refill. I'm not saying I won't ever use Walgreens again but I'm definitely going to avoid it. While most of these stores tend to be clones of one another, this is one of the Walgreens that I have always chose as my go to. I think it's because I think the staff there are genuinely pretty nice and never really come of as condescending or bored out of their minds here. Worst experience ever. I contacted the pharmacy to refill my prescription two days ago, nothing was done. Maria the pharmacist kept telling me they are waiting for doctor authorization. I checked with my doctor's office and they told me they sent the fax three times. Maria insisted there is nothing and there might be an error in the system. So she said " let your doctor's office call me" they called her within 5 minutes, she claimed that the prescription was ready but I did not pick it up. Pharmacy Manager Ricci is excellent and always checks your meds with the others to make sure you have no issues. The staff lets you know when the appearance of the pills changes so you're prepared and they try to get to know everyone by name. (With a 'frequent flyer' like me, they all knew me within 2 weeks! Lol). They're friendly and kind, even when they are really, really busy or the computers are acting up. I only go elsewhere if I REALLY have to! read more

This store is terrible. Went to pick up a prescription and they told me it would be ready in 20 mins. I come back and they tell me they don't have the medication. The pharmacist should have checked to make sure they have it before telling me to come back. I went to this walgreens to print out passport photos. I had taken the photos on a specialized app to save money (at $15 per two photos, Walgreens charges WAY too much for this service), but the photos came out over-exposed. The background looked yellow, instead of white. My girlfriend and I had taken the pictures in front of the same white background. Her color came out fine, BUT her photos were cut off incorrectly from above the head and below the shoulders. I returned to get my money back, but the assistant manager SERGIO wouldn't have it. Not only did he raise his voice, but he refused to take any responsibility for my pictures coming out this way. Furthermore, he mocked me for wanting to save some money instead of using their overpriced photo service, AND he dared to say that the reason I was complaining so much was because of my ethnic/national background. What ever happened to customer service or "the customer is always right"? What about basic common decency and NOT being a racist prick? If you're reading this, I strongly urge you NOT to come to this Walgreens. SERGIO: you are a terrible costumer service representative and a pathetic excuse for management material. read more
