Dee, she is one of the best employees I've interacted with at almost any Publix from here to Florida (her coworker, a younger guy with a lot of hair working 11/18/2024 4pm ish was exceptional as well) was over and beyond on her customer service, very customer driven, kept a smile and never made me feel like my request was too much!!! I also watched her interact with other customers, she's 100% across the board. Dee, you represent everything that Publix stands for. Continue to be GREAT!!!

I told him that that guys was BEHIND me and his flimsy response was, "You were next in line." I know that I was next in line...that's why I expected to be helped NEXT. I then said again, "that guy was BEHIND me" and he sarcastically responded, "yes, BEHIND you." Never have I received such bad service from Publix. This store is held to the gold standard for grocery shopping, but if THIS is the type of employees you are now hiring, then I will take my business elsewhere. The manager on hand, apologized and said that she would talk to him about it. I told her that I wanted an apology from him. She would not comply. This was a tall African American male, low haircut, late teens maybe, with an earring. He is NOT the standard that I am used to and neither was the manager on hand. This was the Publix off of Largo.

The store is pretty large with a very expensive fresh produce and fresh meat section, but the highlight is definitely the fish market. They have a ton of variety and will prep fillets or cut the fish in any practical way you can come up with. And service is top notch across the store and especially in the fish market. The best part about the store is the small café adjacent to the seafood market that serves Boba crispy pork belly and crispy duck! I just recently relocated to Savannah and was disappointed to find a lack of Boba shops in the area, so I'm definitely excited about finding this one. We will definitely be frequenting this store for a lot of our fresh produce fresh, fish, and our Boba fix.

They have a wide variety of everything from produce, fruits and vegetables to there meat and seafood department. I see that they also have the additional coffee area, which is great. They even have the market in the back, which has a lot of regular household items that you may need like sodas, cleaning products and every day items. The only thing that is a bit concerning for me, is the coffee shop area is right next to the seafood area and the seafood smells are very very strong at times. At times making it a little intimidating when wanting to purchase fresh coffee or food items right next-door at the coffee shop. But overall, I think it's a really great market. Sometimes the customer service can be a little scarce, I'm not sure if this is because there's somewhat of a language barrier at times depending on the available employees; as they are not always the friendliest. The prices are very reasonable. I generally have no problems finding a parking space and I am able to get in and out within a few minutes.

It was also really interesting how you didn't have one singular server, but instead, they all rotated and checked on you continuously. It was not traditional, but it worked very well. Maybe other restaurants should take note lol! Food was so incredibly fresh, pasta was hot. It was amazing. The only negative about the food is that they don't make their bread or desserts. It was shipped in from a central factory (and you could tell compared to how fresh everything else was). I also wish they had a fountain beverage station. Every drink you'd need to get was in a bottle in a big coke cooler. This place is definitely very small (I think they would benefit from making their shelving areas where they sell their pasta, smaller, and putting in more tables instead). You could also tell there wasn't enough room in the back for the employees because I was waiting in line for the restroom and had to move multiple times because the servers come in and out of there. There's only one little tiny restroom in the back corner. It was also really cool how you could see everything being made in the back. There was a whole factory behind a glass window where they were making the pasta fresh. It was amazing!! The building needs a facelift but everything else was AMAZING!!

I suggest you consider a new web master or marketing company-the one you have is not doing the job for you and your public! I think this store's claim to fame is that it is NOT a Big Box experience. It's more of a neighhorhood grocery with fresh produce, certified Angus beef, a yummy deli with whole chickens and ribs that are really smoked. Best of all, this store has a real, live butcher! Today, he came out and happily answered a few meat questions and he actually knew what I was asking for. Best, he didn't look at me like I had 12 heads when I asked my questions that I would never ask at the national chain groceries. Last week in a major National grocery I had to put up with a young man whose jaw dropped when I asked for something in the meat department. There was, of course, no butcher to ask and I left. In addition to a butcher, they apparently have delivery (I'm sure there is a charge), folks are friendly and there is plenty of parking right there at the store with little traffic (usually). Real parking! How were prices? I found some items a bit more and some are less than I find at the National chains. If you are looking for warehouse grocery shopping then Red and White is not for you. I willingly pay more at any shop for service. It's my opinion any family can shop here, have a nice experience and not break the bank. Red and White, thank you for helping me have a nice dat!

This store in particular is fairly large with a pretty expansive format, but a lot of the merchandising left me confused. For instance, I was looking for lemonade, and I noticed that it is carried in 3 to 4 different locations across the produce juice and deli sections. It made it extremely frustrating trying to figure out whether or not they carried Milo's lemonade, which I eventually discovered they carried every milo's product except the lemonade??? Not really sure what the rationale behind that is given the lemonade is the most popular sku in the brand. Anyway, I digress. The second thing that I find a little challenging with Publix is understanding what the actual deals are standing at shelf. I couldn't really tell what was on sale, what wasn't and what the real values were. I'm assuming this information is probably buried in a sales flyer, which I probably need to pick up the next time. That being said, I found overall service in the store to be decent but even given the number of employees walking around in the store I don't think I've was ever really been greeted or offered help without asking first. Definitely a location and a brand that is going to have to grow on me.
