    Dirty floors at Publix deli
    Claire W.

Thought I try my local Publix sandwich shop out again. It's been some time so hoping they have figured it out. Well Eric was making sandwiches was very polite and moved as fast as he could, hand hygiene could use some improvement. A long line around 730pm. Four other staff members were there but too busy to assist him. Kelley and Renee get your team some support and clean up the deli. This is by far the dirtiest Publix I have ever visited.

Publix is feeling like Kroger today. No long lines but no service. Wait is extremely long with no acknowledgement to me or the gentleman waiting with me.

Pull apart cake in number 23 with supposed to be all pink icing

I called in a cake order on the 24th for pickup on the 26th at 6:30 pm. Something told me to call earlier on the day of pick up to make sure they would have the order. I called around 4 pm and was told they could not locate my order, said maybe I called the wrong Publix. No, they misplaced my order in the "large amount of cakes they had to make" as they told me. Yet, when they found my order they read back to me verbatim what I asked for. I asked for the number 23 in all vanilla cupcakes with all pink icing and to write "Happy Birthday" on the board. As you can see, there is not all pink icing and no writing. However, because I picked it up with only 45 mins to get to my destination, there wasn't enough time for a remake. THANKFULLY, the birthday girl did not mind and was thoroughly pleased with the flavor. So they got off good this time. I am not pleased with this transaction and I hope for better in the future.

    Nice place!

I came to publix to get a deli sandwich and pick up a few items. I remember when publix use to have the grill and made hot sandwiches right in front of your face. Oh the good ole days. I ordered a philly cheese steak sub. I was disappointed that they had to cut the meat and put it in a toaster oven. It just doesn't give you the same flavor. Then they re-toasted it again with cheese on top. It took a good 20 minutes just to make this sub That is entirely too long. I also got chicken wings and they were OK not super flavorful. I will say that everyone that we walked by that worked there greeted us and they were very friendly. I appreciate good customer service. The store looked very clean and well stocked. I have had the cupcakes and the cream cheese frosting is what I dream of at night. It hasn't lost its essence. It's a nice publix to go to. I probably won't get a philly again but I will try another item.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Everyone is so courteous and helpful I never have to try and seek out an employee. Lately I've been noticing that they have been more insistent with escorted customers to their cars with their carts full of groceries. They won't even accept tips! Believe me I've tried! I feel bad because IIA fully able to load my own groceries into my car but they insistent on coming outside and doing it for me for free. That's a whole new level of customer service. As I pulled up tonight I saw a young man escorting a customer out, all the while making conversation and laughing. Publix is doing something right when hiring their employees. I will always come back to this publix location.

I don't usually shop at Publix because of their extremely high prices, but we were here for an event. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everyone had so much fun!

Front of the store. Keep on driving. .......

You can't compare this type of customer service to anything other than a home-town pharmacy. The big box stores just aren't capableof delivering this type of genuine personal care! Mr. Chavers has even caught errors in prescriptions writen by doctors! Now I have two GREAT GRANDSONS on deck! You can rest assured they are going to be getting their stuff there also!!!!

The owner/operator and his wife are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. There is no doubt they actually care about what they are doing and the people they are doing it for. It's sad that a lot of large insurance companies are trying to partner up with big name stores to push the "little guys" out, but even with that they still have better prices and service thank Kroger, any and all Walgreens, as well as Walmart. CVS and Walgreens tried to charge me more and wait for way longer. Walgreens and Kroger didn't even have the prescription I needed. On top of all this, the items they have on the shelf like toilet paper and disinfectant spray are even better priced. If they have it on their shelf I will be going to them first because that have been so good to me every time.

On Oct 25, I dropped my Rx off at this location. It was for my senior dog…read more The pharmacist shouted from her desk to the window during our entire exchange. It's 'just a pet' - but it's still a violation (and rude) to shout out me from the pharmacist desk all the way over to the drive thru and ask me to shout confidential information back over to you. In this case, it was my pet, but even when I asked her if I wanted to come inside the store, she snapped 'No.' Didn't get the pharmacist name. Long hair, Indian I think, or possibly Latino. She also argued with me that that they couldn't get medicine. Then argued with me - said pet name wasn't in system. I patiently and kindly explained that another CVS had ordered the Rx without an issue 30 days ago. She begrudgingly said she would try to order it. Rx arrived the very next business day. My pickup visit, Oct 29 was a complete 180. When I came to pick it up, the first associate I encountered was rude. Didn't get her name, but she was Caucasian with long dark gray hair, looks like actress Mayim Bialik. I said hello and I asked her how she was doing. Apologized for coming in so close to closing time and she didn't even acknowledge my greeting. Just asked me for my name and DOB. I gave her my dog's info. The wrong GoodRx code had been put on the medication, cost was nearly $70 instead of $24. She told me to go see her - gesturing to the other window / other associate and that I MIGHT be able to get her to rerun it before closing (in 5 minutes). Refused to explain to the other associate what was going on. Now, for the good part: The other associate was SUPER kind. Didn't get her name - African woman with hair in twists. She took her time to remove all the incorrect BINs and applied the correct one. Expressed sympathy for what my little senior dog was going through. Was pleasant and patient even though it was closing time. The pharmacist on duty (young African American woman with long braids) was working on a bunch of Rx's but still took the time to smile, greet me and tell me to have a good evening when I completed my transaction with the other associate. In fact both of them wished me a good evening and told me that they hoped my dog felt better. I would give both of them maximum 10 stars, but the gray haired associate and pharmacist from the drop off day deserve zero stars - so I settled on 7 stars. CVS should train the pharmacists on HIPAA and coach the rude pharmacist and that one rude associate on how to be empathetic. Nearly all the people coming to the pharmacy are doing so because they have some sort of illness (or their loved ones do). How about showing a little grace? Especially if the customer is trying to be kind and patient.

It found my prescription and noted to wait for assistance - to hand me my prescription. The 2 people working just kept having their private conversation in public and not helping. Literally looked at me and put heads back down to do nothing. CVS also has rewards you can use toward purchases. It no longer covers the tax?? I had $5 in rewards to use. A $3 item with reward applied came up to $.06. When I asked the person behind the counter about the math not mathing, I got a blank stare. I'm moving my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street.
