I called the same day hoping to get in, and I was told to come on in! I had called another salon and was not given a clear answer, so I really appreciated how straightforward and accommodating Sabour was. This was my first time getting my hair professionally done in about 3 years, so I was a little nervous, but everyone there was so kind, patient, and welcoming. The salon itself was very clean, and had a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I had a consultation before my service, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I received full gray coverage (Demi color, I think), some type of steam/conditioning treatment, a silk press, and a much needed trim. I don't remember the exact name of everything, but my hair was soft, healthy, and beautiful afterward! I just hate that I forgot to take a picture! The color held together very well until the gray roots started coming back, and the softness lasted until I washed it myself about two weeks later (I tried to recreate the salon softness on my own, but failed:). Now I will say this: I'm not used to spending over $100 on my hair, so paying over $200 definitely hurt my feelings a little, but at the same time, the quality of the service and the results made it worth it. I don't go to salons often because of the cost, but I would definitely return when I'm ready to treat myself again. If you're looking for a friendly salon that delivers great results, I would definitely recommend them!

The owner Halima put me on a regimen of taking probiotics and getting the scalp therapy and hydration treatments which has left my scalp dandruff & flake free!!! Sally's store mostly caters to "non - ethic" hair, but when you do happen to find something that fits your hair it will be at very good quality. I must warn and say this beauty supply store is on the expensive side nothing in the store is usually cheap, but it has great quality and it's a very small store soyou all can always find help. I received an Ulta gift card for Christmas specifically for getting an eye brow wax. I had never…read morehad one before and felt it was something that every girl should do at least once. I had intended to make an appointment and come back at a later date but the girl said she could fit me in as soon as she was done with her current client, so I stuck around. My brows are fairly sparse and I was looking to add a bit more arch to them and get a recommendation on make up to use for them. The girl who did the brow wax was very nice and talked me through everything she was doing. She used a new wooden stick for each dip into the wax so it was sanitary. It really didn't hurt much. I had watched a few videos beforehand so I kind of new what to expect. After the waxing, my brows seemed so thin and small but that's not her fault. I just don't have much for brows to begin with. She used a little make up on them (Benefit, of course) and they looked fine. She gave me a slip to take up to the front counter to pay and I was able to leave her a tip on my card. Overall, the experience was great, but I probably won't do it again just because my brows don't really need it. I can get by with just plucking them at home.

I even witnessed a Senior gentleman giving the pharmacy staff a piece of his mind because of their incompetent customer service and attitudes. And talk about SLOW! Pack a lunch if you picking up a prescription. You're in for a wait as the staff moves slower than a snails pace with no regard to your time and patronage. I will not be back and plan to move my business elsewhere. It's really that bad and I'd rather drive out of my way instead of ever visiting this store ever again. I could go on and on.... not just the pharmacy...the general staff up front is just as bad. I should have expected the experience based on overflowing garbage cans out front, a parking lot full of carts, and so on. Bye bye Walgreens.

My hair was a mess and tragically uneven. They were very kind in letting me come back and trying to fix it for me but even that attempt just further damaged my hair. Not even a week later the color was back to uneven. This stylist needs some more training before working alone. Positive notes she wrote me apology and at least the haircut part was good. However, I will never return to this salon next time I will just make sure I don't wait till the last minute to book with my normal stylist. This was very disappointing considering all the rave I heard about there busy VaHi location.
