Ingles is American-owned and is often located in smaller towns, and their grocery stores take pride in their local communities and often are major employers in the area. People who shop at Ingles love the array of options there that you just will not find at any other grocery store. Nearly all of them are clean and well-maintained. I purchased the Chicken Tenders today, but they were cold and a little too hard. The Mac and Cheese was awesome. The green beans were just out of the can and had little seasoning. I had to season them. The cornbread was decent but quite dry. The peach cobbler was so delicious. It was perfection in a container. Try to the hot bar/cafe as the food is pretty decent and very affordable. The store is very clean and everyone is always willing to help and is so nice.

The cashier had bumped her phone or something and I think it might have broke her case. So for a few minutes, she talked about that while I said they're waiting to be rung up and acknowledged. Finally the lady at the register next to her said hey, you have a customer waiting on you, which was me standing there just waiting to be acknowledged. And she kept talking, the guy that was bagging the groceries seem to be a manager and they were just both talking about her, breaking her phone case or whatever. I spoke to her because it did not seem like she was going to speak to me which she still didn't. So she rang me up And didn't tell me what my total was just stood there, so I looked at the screen to see what my total was and checked out. No one said thank you. No one was nice. Customer service was awful. This is not a grocery store that I frequent often but it is on my way home and not far from my house so I will stop in to get things periodically. but the customer service is never really that great.

WORST PHARMACY IN AMERICA!!…read more A part of me feels I was racially discriminated !! It was quite obvious , the customer in front of me and the customer behind me were both African-American... and were treated like royalty! The courtesy and respect they were given was superb!! , but the service I received was not suitable for a dog. I've used this pharmacy for 20 years, but I will not ever send another prescription to this place!! The last three times I've used this pharmacy there has been an issue. I had some dental work done 3 weeks ago , it took two days to get my anabiotic's filled . Then I was given a prescription for pain meds after the operation and that prescription was not filled for another two days! I've been getting the runaround all day today about a prescription ! I called at 1:46 PM, the lady told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I go to the drive-through window at 2:15 PM and she tells me it will be ready around 3 PM. Then I receive a notification on my phone from the Kroger app that tells me my prescription is now ready for pick up!

That is a downfall of ordering delivery from this location, so I definitely don't recommend that. However, I typically do shop in person and for the most part, it is clean whenever I am shopping at this location. There are not many registers that are open that are not self check out. That's only a downfall when you have an abundance of items that you wish to purchase through a regular checkout station, I've never utilize there order ahead/pick up. which is also why I can't really comment much on the customer care. I haven't really interacted with many workers at this location. I do recall of having one positive interaction with an employee, but it was nothing that was outstanding! It's definitely not the worst Walmart location that I've been to and it's also not the best. It most definitely makes do whenever I need to visit!
