Coming from someone with a business it's a terrible way to treat your staff and should be ashamed !Employees seem disrespected and poorly treated, which impacts their ability to provide quality service. Specific concerns include the deli department, where the new manager's behavior has raised concerns about favoritism and created a potentially uncomfortable work environment. I hope the store addresses these issues to improve both employee satisfaction and customer experience.

The women working were kind and efficient despite being busy. I had the chicken tender sub tossed with Buffalo sauce. It was good and filling. My husband had the chicken, bacon, ranch sub and enjoyed it. He saved the other half of the sandwich and ate it the next day and said it was just as good on day 2. The store was clean and organized. Can't say we'll be back since we don't expect to be in the area again but I recommend stopping here if you want a good sandwich!

We've both worked food service before and understand what happens when there's so many orders and so little staff. But a lot of the reason it took 35-40 minutes total for us to receive 1 sub and 1 wrap was because the gentleman making our food had to leave the station at the request of every single ingredient to restock because the stations were next to empty (onions, lettuce, cheese, etc.) and had little to no urgency when doing so. Maybe a rough day, I get it. We're all human here. What I don't really get is the lack of support for him. As the line was growing, another gentleman put multiple mobile orders in front of him and proceeded to neither at least try to help nor reach out to anyone else who wasn't busy for help. As a consumer, of course my perspective is never as accurate, but it seemed to me like there were multiple people who could have jumped in. Now we'll definitely be back. We love y'all! but please support your people, especially your deli folks. Just thought I'd put this out there before someone with less space for patience and understanding comes along.

They just put up a wet floor sign and think that eliminates their responsibility. They are still selling product from this malfunctioning cooler and people are stepping in water to retrieve items they want. This is negligent on part of Aldi and could result in serious injury to someone. I've called corporate twice but nothing has. been done thus far. The least they could do is put up a barrier that stops the water from escaping into the aisles or have the areas mopped regularly so there is no large accumulation of water on the floor. Very disappointing that the customers safety is not higher on their list.

At first I had just assumed I might have been too soft spoken ( even though we are arms length away) and asked " how're you doing guys today?" and again they both looked at me and went back to their conversation. I tried a third time because I was just standing there ready to pay the light skinned lady finally replied in a very nasty tone " We're fine..." as if I had interrupted their conversation while they were servicing people. She really does need to go if she doesn't want to have or bring any sense of hospitality to this store, which honestly is the bare minimum.
