I visited Sabour Beauty Salon about two months ago, and I've been meaning to leave a review ever…read moresince. The first thing I really appreciated was their availability. I called the same day hoping to get in, and I was told to come on in! I had called another salon and was not given a clear answer, so I really appreciated how straightforward and accommodating Sabour was. This was my first time getting my hair professionally done in about 3 years, so I was a little nervous, but everyone there was so kind, patient, and welcoming. The salon itself was very clean, and had a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I had a consultation before my service, and they really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I received full gray coverage (Demi color, I think), some type of steam/conditioning treatment, a silk press, and a much needed trim. I don't remember the exact name of everything, but my hair was soft, healthy, and beautiful afterward! I just hate that I forgot to take a picture! The color held together very well until the gray roots started coming back, and the softness lasted until I washed it myself about two weeks later (I tried to recreate the salon softness on my own, but failed:). Now I will say this: I'm not used to spending over $100 on my hair, so paying over $200 definitely hurt my feelings a little, but at the same time, the quality of the service and the results made it worth it. I don't go to salons often because of the cost, but I would definitely return when I'm ready to treat myself again. If you're looking for a friendly salon that delivers great results, I would definitely recommend them!

Hubby bought this perfume for my birthday yesterday afternoon (picture to show original box and…read moreshrink wrap it came in). I went to open it last night for a birthday dinner and it was more than half empty. Flash forward to this afternoon (less than 24 hours later) when I brought everything in to exchange it for a full bottle. Angela, the store manager pretty much implied that I used more than half a bottle (in one night) and wouldn't return it. Angela told me I could call Ulta customer service, which I did in the parking lot and customer service told me to walk back into the store and hand my phone to another manager. I did, received eye rolls and snickers, and that manager basically told customer service that she has the final say and handed me back the phone. Customer service sent me to her supervisor who also tried speaking to Angela via phone since I was too annoyed and embarrassed to go back in the store, and while he was surprised at the manager's response- he said there is nothing he can do with purchases made in store. I would not recommend going to this store, or at the very least only order items online with Ulta.
