I am not sure what the light skinned black young lady's name is who works at the front desk, but she never has a good attitude nor decorum about herself. I have let her attitude go on multiple occasions, but today was my last straw when I repeatedly just tried to greet her and the dark skinned young lady who she was training at the counter today and they both stared me in my eyes and continued on with their conversation as if I wasn't there. At first I had just assumed I might have been too soft spoken ( even though we are arms length away) and asked " how're you doing guys today?" and again they both looked at me and went back to their conversation. I tried a third time because I was just standing there ready to pay the light skinned lady finally replied in a very nasty tone " We're fine..." as if I had interrupted their conversation while they were servicing people. She really does need to go if she doesn't want to have or bring any sense of hospitality to this store, which honestly is the bare minimum. Yay, Beverage Mart! It may not be the biggest or the best but they are convenient and they get the job done. Just off Hwy 41 at Mars Hill Rd. Decent selection of everything: liquor, beer & wine. It's impossible to stock everything, so they may not have exactly what you want but they'll have something that will get the job done. I stop in often for beer, rum & rye whiskey. Sometimes, I spot some hard to find bottles on their shelves but they don't stay there long. I'd say this place is definitely 4 stars but I'm giving them a 5th star for being convenient, friendly and always treating me right. Good job Beverage Mart! read more

The Beverage Mart is a small Liqour store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have found the store carry's products from wine to any other type of spirits, you might be looking for. I will check Beverage Mart in Acworth before driving to Total Wine. read more

There's a liquor store just steps from where I live, but I never go there because the owner is a @#%&$#. I drive the 3 miles to this Beverage Mart because it's big, clean, and friendly. Special shout out to Brett for recommending a REALLY good whiskey when I told him what I like in a whiskey. Not gonna say what it is because then I won't be able to find it :-) Also, if you need boxes for anything, they always have them in the lobby entrance to just pick up and take. read more

This is an amazing and enormous liquor store. I went in with my mom to stock up on booze for the holidays. We got in line and this total grinch said 'um......The line starts back there'. She was standing about 4 feet behind the people in front of her and partially behind a booze display so we didn't notice her. My mom and I weren't trying to cut in line and were fine to go to another line. We were even joking with the guy behind us that the grinch was the line police lol. It turned out the line we switched to was moving faster so we checked out before her, she was giving us the stink eye hardcore. I honestly think people need to lighten up, it is the holidays after all. Anyway, this place has a great selection of every type of beer, wine, and liquor imaginable. The prices are excellent and they usually even have a 'sale' area with various discounted products. They also carry most all the typical non-booze things one may need (like lime juice etc.) for making popular cocktails so there is a good chance you can get everything you need here and won't have to make an additional stop at a grocery store. They have coolers for cold beer and wine (in addition to having both out in the store). The beers are arranged by type (IPA, pilsner, lager, etc) and the wines are arranged by country of origin. In terms of liquor, cordials, etc. they are arranged by type (vodka, gin, whiskey, etc.) They carry the name brands and the off brands which is nice because for some types of booze brand is less important. They also have a glass case in the front of the store for super premium products like Louis XIII cognac if you are feeling really really fancy. Overall this is a great spot to get whatever you need, whether it's beer, wine, or liquor, I highly recommend checking it out! read more

Everytime I go in this liquor store and the young girl with brown hair is always snippy and rude. Well the other day was my birthday. I'm 28 yrs old. She asked for my I'd ok no problem. I show my I'd well I realized it was expired by 1 week. I had no clue and she refused to sell. Which was fine totally legal. Unfortunately (or fortunately for them), I'm here somewhat often. I live less than a mile away. The store is well laid out. They have a great selection of all gins, vodkas, rums, beers, etc. None of which is overly expensive. All of the employees are very helpful and kind. Can't go wrong. read more

Just moved from AZ to GA and found out that GA is not the same as AZ in liquor sales. However, I soon learned what I buy is less expensive (read as cheaper) than the other guy down the road... And the ice/10 lb bag is cheaper than ANY one else around. read more

Great place! Big store. Good selection and they're always stocking so the shelves are always full. Prices are equal to slightly lower on some items. The main reason to go though is because of the tall blonde running the register! Smokin' hot, she'd make a priest rethink his decision. read more

We moved over into this area a couple years ago from East Cobb after 29 years and what a shock! I've been in this store 3 times now and it's the most unfriendly store, it's dark....you can't see the products and not that great of a selection or prices! I'm not sure how they even stay in business! My last time for sure! I will make the trek back over to, Bullocks, Sherlocks and Total Wine rather than deal with them!! read more

Very good selection, but level of customer service is hit or miss, very mundane group of folks. Been going there for quite a while and only once have I gotten the assistance I needed. Spend at least $600 a month in there, wont be happening anymore. read more

Previous good experience, however three times now stale dryed out cigars. The kids behind the register won't take them back. Never again they've lost my business for both liquer and cigars. Total Wine is same distance and a professional humidor with better pricing and selection. read more
