Prices are comparable to other stores but not always lower. It is smaller compared to the big chains. Service is on par with other stores - staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is bright and open and laid out well. I walked in today and walked out with a 12 year bottle of Weller. I challenge you to find it in any other store without being a part of their club, or requiring you to purchase other bottles of lower tier bourbon first. Other than "1 per customer" anyone could buy it. Thank you for your service to the common man. Can't wait to see what I find next time.

So, I was sure that Total Wine would have it. But for some reason that item had been discontinued. I explained the reason why I wanted to buy that particular Vodka to my neighbor. I'm from Finland, and wanted to surprise him. So this extreamly knowledgeable sales lady googled the Finlandia Vodka, and found out that there is another Finnish product available. That's TOM of Finland, organic Vodka, less sugar and made out of pure ingredients. Amazing, I didn't even know that it existed. I had not seen it in the liquor stores in Finland. Needless to say, again Total Wine exceeded my expectations. Over and over, it's the best liquor store in Metro Atlanta area. I love the Kennesaw location. Thank you for great customer service.

Firstly, this is the most cluttered and unorganized liquor store with just an okay selection that you could find anywhere else and for a way better price. Even their cigar selection is pretty limited. The main issue I have is they are AWFUL at checking IDs. Every time I go here they treat me like I am suspicious and will double or triple check my ID whereas most places will check it once. Every time I come here they are so rude to me and from other reviews it looks like it's not just me. They need a better way to check IDs cause what they do now is not working. This recent time on 3/22/2025 was the worst experience yet that nailed this place in the coffin for me. The man at the counter told me I had a fake ID before he could even check the date and it was almost like he had his mind made up before he even saw my ID. I thought he was joking since I am almost 24 years old and don't look super young but soon realized he wasn't when he began to pull the liquor off the counter. I was absolutely floored that he was blatantly accusing me of trying to lie to him. After telling the man it was real and getting frustrated he eventually sold me my alcohol but I will NEVER come back here. Trust me, you can have a much better experience and alchohol selection literally anywhere else. This place is the worst and the people who work here/own it are rude as hell. I saw someone say people in their 20s should stay away from here and I 100% agree. They will treat you poorly and act like you are a suspect.

I shop at the nearby Kroger often so I decided to stop in a while back and check out this Bottle Shop. I am glad I did. They carry most of the regular stuff plus sometimes I find some rare bottles or things that I have never seen before on their shelves. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I do think they can do a better job at stocking craft beers, but understand with the shifting market it's hard to stay all over it. Spirits and bourbon/whiskey in particular is where they shine. Regular tastings of bottles/brands on Fridays/Saturdays and an incredible selection of store pick whiskeys, you'd never figure a small shop without a huge social media presence would carry such a variety. Ricky the owner is friendly and outgoing and can help steer you in the right direction on any given day. Also, the Labrador mascot is endearing, but they really should replace/fix the sign on the store front!

The hours are the best you can find in Cobb County; they are open as early as 8am and close late, the store is also open on all holidays including Christmas. The supply of beverages is impressive, if they don't have it in stock, the owners will submit a request to their suppliers to meet your requests and get the best prices when possible. The place is not glamorous to make for low prices, the owners work extra hard to provide their customers with the best lowest of prices and the best customer service.
