Located in a busy shopping plaza and street in Kennesaw, this store is massive and filled with all of the libations and mix-ins that you can dream of. Total Wine is a brand that I like and always have high expectations of regarding their selection. If you want to find a new bev to love, looking for a gift for an event host or even a cigar to relax with - they've got it covered. It's been a while since I've had questions, but love that their team is well-versed in what's available and are eager to assist if needed. When I visited it was packed! They had 3-4 lanes open checking people out and that really made all of the difference when it came to my checkout time. I went in knowing exactly what I was purchasing, found it and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes, (including me lollygagging for a few). Don't forget to sign up for their rewards!

They also carry beer, mixers, accessories, and gift items, so it's an easy place to pick up everything at once. I also appreciate that the store is organized well enough that you can browse without feeling completely overwhelmed. If I'm looking for something specific or want a recommendation, the staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful, particularly in the wine and spirits sections. That seems to be one of the stronger points of this location overall. The only reason I'd stop short of 5 stars is that service can be a little inconsistent depending on how busy they are. Sometimes checkout moves quickly, and other times it can take longer than you'd expect for a store this size. It's located in Barrett Pavilion, so there's plenty of parking and it's easy to combine with other errands in the area.

DO NOT SHOP FOR WINE HERE!!…read more Extremely ignorant staff-total lack of wine knowledge. I believe they inherited the wines they have from the previous owner. While they carry attractive/popular older vintage California cabs that sell for between $50-$150/bottle, they are not properly cared for & more than likely corked/spoiled...8-10+year old $150 bottles of wine rapidly deteriorate if not stored in proper temperature controlled environments. These bottles should NOT be standing vertical, rather they should be laid horizontal... After speaking with the manager, he advised that they DO NOT stand behind their products & all sales of their over priced vinegar are final. This is unlike the previous owner... FYI, most reputable wine stores that want to build clientele & stay in business don't sell vinegar & stand behind their product. (Of course no business would accept an empty bottle as proof that it was of poor quality...however a 9/10 bottle of vinegar would suffice) If you're looking for wine, that's NOT OVERPRICED & properly cared for, Total Wine is worth the extra travel time! This store is nothing more than a glorified gas station with service to match..

This was fun. We also got to sample the Dusse by itself. I look forward to attended more free tasting/cocktail classes that they offer!!

Prices are comparable to other stores but not always lower. It is smaller compared to the big chains. Service is on par with other stores - staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is bright and open and laid out well. I walked in today and walked out with a 12 year bottle of Weller. I challenge you to find it in any other store without being a part of their club, or requiring you to purchase other bottles of lower tier bourbon first. Other than "1 per customer" anyone could buy it. Thank you for your service to the common man. Can't wait to see what I find next time.

Giant Liquor - A Marietta Gem for Spirits Enthusiasts!…read more Giant Liquor is hands down the best spot in Marietta for anyone looking for an incredible selection of spirits, wine, and beer. Now Cigars too! Their inventory is massive, and when I say massive, I mean massive. Giant is an understatement. Whether you're hunting for your favorite everyday bottle or something rare and high-end, they've got you covered. In fact, they have the largest selection of high-end spirits you'll find anywhere in Marietta--no competition. The prices are fantastic, too. It's rare to find a store that balances quality, variety, and affordability, but Giant Liquor nails it. On top of that, their friendly customer service makes shopping here a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and always happy to point you toward employee favorites or recommend something new to try based on what you currently like or would like to try!
