Total Wine is a brand that I like and always have high expectations of regarding their selection. It's been a while since I've had questions, but love that their team is well-versed in what's available and are eager to assist if needed. When I visited it was packed! They had 3-4 lanes open checking people out and that really made all of the difference when it came to my checkout time. I walk to the back of the store to the wine selection, have literally been in the store for 1 minute atp .. the man asks me if i need help and i smiled and said "no thank you i think i just found it" and he says back to me " Hurry up Ma'am we are closed " ... it completely shocked me because i was so happy and smiley coming into this establishment and i thought we were having a pleasant interaction. Yes your lights were off but the door was open and the hours say you're open until 11:45.. it was 11:10 by the time i got back in my car after telling him how rude he was.
