Nice place. Not the…read morebiggest shop and they don't always have exactly what I'm looking for but they do have a good selection and I never leave empty handed. This shop is very convenient for me. It is near my house, in a shopping center that is easy to get in to and out of. Plenty of parking. There are a few good restaurants next door and a nice Publix grocery store. The staff is always cheerful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about liquor and share tips and recommendations.

Was on my way to a friend's house and she asked me to bring a bottle of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey. Never heard of it, but the friendly attendant, James, helped me to locate that. He answered my questions about some other items that I was interested in and showed me around the store. Like I mentioned earlier, the store was large but kind or dark and gloomy. Maybe because it's located in a very old building. I was interested in what kind of nonalcoholic beverages they sell but was a bit disappointed. Their beer collection is great, but there was only one brand of nonalcoholic wines to choose from, and it was more expensive than at my usual store. Overall, if I'm in the neighborhood and need a gift, I will go back.

Total Wine is a brand that I like and always have high expectations of regarding their selection. If you want to find a new bev to love, looking for a gift for an event host or even a cigar to relax with - they've got it covered. It's been a while since I've had questions, but love that their team is well-versed in what's available and are eager to assist if needed. When I visited it was packed! They had 3-4 lanes open checking people out and that really made all of the difference when it came to my checkout time. I'm from Finland, and wanted to surprise him. So this extreamly knowledgeable sales lady googled the Finlandia Vodka, and found out that there is another Finnish product available. That's TOM of Finland, organic Vodka, less sugar and made out of pure ingredients. Amazing, I didn't even know that it existed. I had not seen it in the liquor stores in Finland. I am still in shock and confused! He was yelling and upset because I couldn't figure out what his problem was. I was screamed at and accused of theft. I was stunned because i had my wallet ... i had no pockets. I Didnt have any bags. There wasnt a sign or anything and he was watching when i grabbed them and he didn't say a word. We have gone once week for two years without an issue. I was was not aware that people are not allowed to walk with the mini bottles to grab beer and juice . Just wanted to pay for my stuff and leave. He was loud and had the most evil eyes and mouth. He was swearing telling me he was from New Jersey, so I better watch out!! I was in tears calling my husband, it was so unprofessional. It was scary. Maybe this man needs a psych evaluation or something. We will never be back, nor will we send anyone there.

I had a very upsetting experience at this store involving a tall male employee (possibly the…read moreowner). I was there picking up two orders as a delivery driver and had already waited in line behind several customers. After being asked to step aside while he assisted others, I eventually politely asked if he could check on the status of my orders once he finished with the current customer. He immediately began yelling at me, telling me to "get the f-- out" of the store and insisting I was not a customer, even though I was there on behalf of paying customers. I remained calm and tried to explain that I was not demanding anything, only asking for clarification, but he continued to shout, tried to humiliate me in front of a customer by telling me to get a different job and then threatened to call the police. I ultimately left the store shaken and later experienced a panic attack due to how aggressively the situation escalated. In all my years of picking up orders, I have never encountered behavior like this. Drivers should be aware that orders may not be prepared in advance and that asking about them may be met with hostility. Based on other reviews describing similar experiences, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I have reported the incident to DoorDash and requested not to be paired with this location again. I hope management takes these concerns very seriously and addresses the pattern of hostile interactions mentioned by multiple customers.
