From the inside the kitchen looks pretty crowded so in the drive-through gets full on Sunday and the line grows inside. You can wait 20 to 30 minutes but at the end of the day is worth it. I've been there a few times which is enough for me to know that they serve bigger portions and they put a good amount of cheese and I only have to ask 2x of cheese and not 4. Apart from that, the employees are friendly and they provide quick service. There are times drive thru slows down but it's because it gets packed which is normal. The place is clean and when you're dining in, the employees check up on you and offer refills and make sure you're well.

Unfortunately, when I went to order, I was told they were out of rice and not serving it. Very disappointing. I decided to try the 10-piece lemon pepper wings instead and specifically asked for all flats. The order taker said it could be done. However, when my food came out, the wings were mixed. My husband spoke with who I assume was the owner, and she explained that they don't typically sell all flats because it leaves them with too many drums--which is understandable. However, that should have been communicated upfront, as I likely would have ordered something else or chosen to go elsewhere. The dining area also took away from the experience. The tables were filthy, and we had to ask for ours to be cleaned before we could even sit down. To make matters worse, most of the fountain drinks were out. I settled for fruit punch, which unfortunately wasn't good. My husband and son received their meals, and overall, the food was just average at best. Between the unavailable menu items, miscommunication, cleanliness issues, and overall quality, this experience fell short of expectations. We will not be returning.
