I had a very disappointing experience today at the CVS Pharmacy on Due West Road. This is…read moreespecially frustrating because I would normally give this location's pharmacy five stars. However, today's encounter was unacceptable. When I arrived, the drive-through window was closed, which resulted in one of the longest lines I have seen inside the store. After waiting patiently, I was finally assisted by an associate pharmacist, Isabel, who was reviewing my card information. After doing so, she instructed me to step out of line and return behind another gentleman who was originally behind me, rather than simply allowing me to remain at the counter or rejoin as the next customer. I politely asked the gentleman if he would mind allowing me to step back in front of him since I had already been at the counter. He graciously agreed. However, when I returned to the counter, the associate had not provided my prescription to the cashier. I explained that she had already quoted me the price and I was ready to pay. She then responded in a very sharp and dismissive tone, stating that she had "told" me to wait behind the other gentleman. I was taken aback. I calmly explained that I believed the prescription was ready, since I had already been given the total and the medication was visibly bagged and labeled. At that point, a manager intervened and reiterated--also in a curt tone--that it was not ready and that I would need to wait behind the gentleman as previously instructed. I then asked how long the wait would be, explaining that I had an appointment to attend. I was told it would be "about five minutes." I ultimately had to notify my client that I would be delayed because I was waiting for medication that appeared to be prepared and ready for purchase. The tone, lack of courtesy, and unnecessary rigidity in handling this situation were extremely disappointing. What could have been resolved in a matter of seconds became an uncomfortable and avoidable interaction. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, especially after waiting in a long line. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience did not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from this location.

I went to my car and called the number on the coupon and confirmed it was valid. When I went back in, she took it and put it in the computer and said it was valid. Clearly lazy!

No more toothless clerks in dark and dingy places where the items on the shelves were made during the Regan administration. The CK of today are bright and clean with surprisingly good coffee, friendly clerks and clean bathrooms. This CK is off of Chastain, George Busbee by Kennesaw State and Townpark Way. If you take Townpark Way you will circle (get it? Circle K and circle...) around to the back of the retail shops such as Dunkin Donuts, Chipote, Capriotti, Panda Express and Tropical Smoothie cafe. Town Park Way dead ends onto Town Park Lane which takes you to another shopping center with Chick Fit A, Panera Bread, Embassy Suites and Ruth Chris Steak House. Town Park Lane takes you back on George Busbee and or Chastain so either way you're going to be fine. This Circle K is connected to a Chevron station.....

Lots of folks trekking in for their morning coffee and filling up their vehicles for the week. They do keep the place clean and orderly. Located on Barrett Parkway at the Crater Lake intersection sits this beautiful convenience store. It has been here for about 5 years and is a staple in this area, so be prepared for a busy store and busy pumps! This location has about 16 pumps, including diesel and has a free air pump off to the side. Parking is plentiful as they have spots lining each of the three entrances. Inside they have all the things that we love including coffee station, tea station, donuts, hotdog/rollup station, slushees and of course the QT Kitchen...which is definitely growing on me! In addition to all the goods they got, this location is always very clean and put together, and features great service from the floor to the kitchen to the register! I have always swung in for a single slice of pizza, but only recently decided to grab a few actual pies which are served in XL size at only $8.99! Well worth the price and they are quite tasty for convenience store pizza! My other item from the kitchen is the Iced Mocha. Again, fantastic price and great tasting! Overall, QT is my go-to for convenience stores here in the Atlanta metro area and this location will be the spot when I make my way to Kennesaw!
