Your communication system. I get notices about it's time for a refill but when I reply the message is not delivered. Your robovoice lady is not helpful If I finally get to speak to a person they are helpful but it takes so much effort! And they charge more than CVS for my medications. And now the website is saying they can't post this review! read more

This is my first Yelp review, but the awfulness of the Walgreens pharmacy at Dallas and Barrett pushed me here. For 5 years I e had the same prescription filled 3x year at this location. this time I called in the refill as always only to find out when I tried to pick it up today that it's not in the system and they won't help me. They won't look it up. They won't contact my doctor. Nothing. They blamed it on the computer but the lady just didn't want to do it. I called the Florida location I've used before. She looked it up. She could fill the prescription, but she's 400 miles away. I'm moving everything from this Marietta Walgreens. May enough people do this that somebody at corporate wakes up or they close. read more

I have moved all my prescriptions to a new pharmacy that is not Walgreens. This location is awful. I have been on hold many times for 45+ minutes - without ever even getting a greeting- just hearing the phone pick up and click back to hold music. Unacceptable. They are unorganized and have zero customer service. read more

Stopped yesterday to return previously purchased items. Was told they couldn't do a return because the purchase was over 14 days even though corporate return policy is 30 days. She then told me I could take the items back to the location I purchased them at & they , perhaps, would accept the return. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy used to be good and responsive. This has not been the case since the Covid pandemic. While other businesses have eco weed they are still constantly understaffed. They have issues filling my prescriptions on a very regular basis and the pharmacist I have spoken with is generally rude. I've been using this Walgreens for 5 years and it has been the last 3 that they have fallen apart and I will likely move my prescriptions elsewhere as the 15 minute hold time today is ridiculous. read more

PLEEEEEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE ENERGY AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR SCRIPTS! Been using this pharmacy every couple of weeks for over a year now and there are CONSTANT ISSUES. Scripts are never filled on time ....Always Out Of Stock ....But the worst is that their ALWAYS INCREASING SCRIPT COSTS to patients when NONE of the other Walgreens do.... or have the same issues. It's totally absurd and crazy. In addition to, customer service can never give good reasons 'WHY'. But often after hours of research w the info they provide as the culprit, ends up NOT being the situation. This happens ALL the time. If you want a part-time job by having your scripts filled at this particular Walgreens then go for it! They'll provide you plenty of extra leg work.... only for you to return back to where you started -- Misleading the customers due to a lack of expertise and customer service. Trust me when I say all of this. I have sooooo much experience in these kinds of situations and scenarios with them. And now my poor dad, as well today. Really over it!!! read more

It took me a long time to write this, because I was really trying to give them a chance. This is the most disorganized, unprofessional pharmacy I've ever been to. First of all, they let the phone roll over five or six times before the answer it. Now I get it, they're busy. But other pharmacies are busy also. I can't tell you how many times they've messed things up. They tell me there's no prescription there, they tell me it's ready when it's not ready, every time I go and ask for a refill they tell me they don't have the prescription. They are the worst, and I'm done with them forever. read more

Only getting 2 stars because the prescription was filled quickly on a Sunday. Pharmacist was neither pleasant nor unpleasant, just clearly busy but at least stopped to address me as I arrived at the register. New to the area and certainly not looking to stop in here again. Cashier at the pharmacy wasn't pleasant but not rude- front end cashier however, as personable as stepping on a LEGO. Can actually say this pharmacy is less than 5 minutes from my home and I'll be sure to drive 20 minutes out of my way to avoid using it. No one is forcing you to work here, I'm not even asking for a hello or how is your day- but for goodness sakes, literally slamming the products into a bag with your disdain for life was more than unnecessary. Skip it, spend more elsewhere- you'll be glad you did. read more

I agree 1000% about avoiding using FedEx at this location. I cannot suggest highly enough to Walgreens corporate please stop trying to offer all of these extra services. If you can't do it, efficiently and in a friendly manner. I went in today to drop off a FedEx box. First of all, I had to wait at the counter a few minutes before someone finally showed up at the messy counter to assist me. It was obvious she was very busy. She really never came to the counter. She just kind of was by the counter and laid the little scanner on top of my package and then walked away and was still putting away other things kind of around the counter. I think she kind of mumble that I needed to enter my phone number or maybe I just knew it instinctively by reading the screen So I entered my phone number and then without further instructions I just hit enter because that's what I think I was supposed to do. I didn't get a text right away and a minute or so passed and I still didn't get a text. And I told her I wasn't comfortable leaving the box because I would have no record of that. I ask her if there's something she can pull up that I can take a picture of so that I can have some record of what I've left at the store. And she was like no that's FedEx. And I was like I should've just gone to FedEx. She responded you can go to FedEx. She was very rude and just an attitude that she just didn't care. She never even really came to the counter to assist me. She was kind of off to the side doing something else the entire time I was in there. Again if you don't have a staff Walgreens to offer these extra services. Just stop offering them. Because you wasted my time and gas coming to the Walgreens to even attempt the service. I'm on my way now to FedEx with the package where I should've gone to begin with. I've never had an experience like this dropping off at mailboxes for UPS or Staples for UPS. I had a very similar experience with another wall greens when I attempted delivery of some medication while to people were sick. The order got canceled because it wasn't ready when DoorDash got there. I didn't place my order with door Dash I placed it with Walgreens. But when I called Walgreens to find out what was going on the attitude again had a very nonchalant I don't care attitude like it was my problem. Again, if Walgreens can't provide the service in an efficient and friendly manner, they just need to stop trying to do it and just go back to brick and mortar retail services and pharmacy because that's all they are apparently able to handle. read more

They are so close to my house and will be the preferred pharmacy on my Medicare plan next year when I enroll, so I'm trying to deal with them. But, I either have issues of being double-charged, then having to wait on a refund, or the "same day" delivery takes many days. Then, the ONLY way to contact the pharmacy is to go through their AI bot that is almost as bad as the Xfinity bot that tries to block you from talking to a human. "Pharmacy tech" is not one of the options. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to a pharmacist yesterday to confirm that yes, I signed up for delivery and I want delivery. Today comes, and STILL no delivery! It's driving me crazy! I share a car with my son and I'm retired, so I often don't have a car to pick up prescriptions. If they offer delivery the same day (or maybe the next day) they need to honor it. Asking for shipping by Fedex is supposed to take 2 business days, but it's more like 5-7, so I thought I'd do the same day delivery, delivered by Door Dash. Going on 3 days now. I hope I get it before I run out of my meds. read more

After spending 20minutes on hold the staff would pick up the phone then place me back on hold and this continued for 20minutes. I contacted the main part of the store & she over head paged the pharmacy dept. and they answered immediately. I spoke with the Pharmacy operation manager who was initially not pleasant but answered my questions appropriately. read more

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. This is the 4th time I have been here and every time. Attitude form the employees and the pharmacist was rude every time. Not only to me but customers that were in line before us. I asked for my prescriptions back going to another Walgreens now. read more

Today was about the 30th time I've had to come track down a prescription that wasn't filled with all the ones dropped off. This used to never be a problem but it happens every time I drop off multiple scripts at same time. I won't be using this pharmacy anymore even with it being the most convenient one. I was looking to pick up my pictures that i ordered from online and it took FOREVER. Online it said that my order would be ready at 8:31 so i got their around 8:40 and i went to the picture station. I said the name of my order and the man said that I should wait 7 minutes and he went to print out my pictures. At this point I was mad like I should not come here and have to wait for my pictures that should've been ready about nine minutes ago. I just decided that I should calm down and that i shouldn't rage or get mad at anybody so I roamed around the store for some time. Around 8:47 I came back and their was no one. I stood around in the area for a little while, and then decided to sit in the kiosk stand. I had waited over 25 minutes since that 8:47 before another man came to help me. I told the man that the guy that was there before said that my pictures would be ready in 9 min and he said that I should've yelled at them as if I was some ghetto monkey. I was annoyed at this point and I was fighting the urge to slap the man, but I decided that it would be much easier to get the pictures and just leave. Stay away if you value your low blood pressure. The pharmacy staff has no clue what they are doing. I get billed for prescriptions that insurance covers. They lose refills that my doctors office sends over. It took three phone calls from my doctors office to get one refill filled. And their pharmacist doesn't know how to read a computer screen or use a phone. She called me thinking I was the doctor. I have had nothing but problems with Walgreens pharmacies. The last one I used substituted one of my drugs for another without my doctors ok. As it made me suicidal the last time I took it I didn't think this was appropriate. I was hoping for better service here but I think I'm going back to CVS. read more

I used the FedEx service and they lost my box at the Walgreens... nobody bothered to put a label on it while I was there they said they were too busy but would do it later. That ended up costing me $130, because my return to Walmart never made it. I would definitely not use the FedEx service at this location. read more

First off I want to say the front of the store all the employees greeted me and asked if I needed help. But when you get to the the back where the pharmacy is the attitude is different. You can tell they do not want to be there. I stood there for over 10 minuets before anyone even spoke to me even then it was a finger holdup like to say one minute . When they finally waited on me. They acted as it was a bother to wait on me. She could have just said sorry for your wait but no just when do you want it. I told her I would wait because I needed it. She said we will call you over the intercom. Again when they called my name I had to wait. After I paid she did not say anything just turned away from me. If I can find another pharmacy that carries my prescriptions I will change pharmacist. The front of the store thanked me for coming but the ones that should have is the people working the pharmacy. The pharmacy is great, new pharmacy attendant (Trish) is excellent, efficient, and polite at the driv-thru. I really like this store now.
