I was able to get all of the candles and I wanted and selected and smelled. Lol The staff here was so outstanding. They answered all of my questions they didn't miss a beat. I even had my free coupon for a full-size body care item and I was able to get that as well. I know so many people go on this day and get the total limit of candles that you can buy, but I only got five and I was excited about it. These are my favorites just in case you were wondering: lol I went with Black tie, champagne toast, watermelon lemonade, In the stars and spiced apple toddy! This store is located in a plaza alongside Marshalls, Popshelf, Target and other stores. Due to the amount of retail in the area, there's tons of parking available if you decide to visit. The store itself is setup just like any other, including a friendly greeter at the door. There were a number of sales happening on this visit so I was having a blast. I was bummed that two seasonal scents that stood out to me weren't displayed beyond the testers, but a sweet associate still took time to try and hunt them down in the back. I ended up walking out with about 8 soaps, some hand sanitizer and a lotion for under $25 with my deals!

I was greeted right away by Marie (going off the name on my receipt) who was incredibly patient and kind to me since it was my first time buying a wig. I live about 5-10 minutes from Beauty 7 mart. It's the closest cosmetic and beauty supply store to…read moreme. Myself, my mother, my aunt, and one of my female cousins like to be versatile in our looks and change things up pretty often... As often as bi-weekly. We all go to Beauty 7 as our first stop unless they absolutely don't carry what we need. There's only one other store that used to be a primary but with all of us being believers, we can greatly appreciate the atmosphere here over some other overly ratchet beauty supply stores. There's always inspirational music playing, it's never terribly over crowded and idk who one of the previous commenters dealt with but the entire staff is friendly and even recognizes and acknowledges myself and my family members as regulars. Also most of their products appeal to ethnic women so it doesn't make sense that they'd have an issue with as it was put "minorities" when they are also minorities. That's just ignorant. Anyway what they do not appreciate is people coming in there being loud, rude, ratchet, cursing/being disrespectful, and with unruly children which as a business owner: DUH. My only gripe is that there's a particular brand of hair that I always buy multipacks of and they never have it in stock anymore. They have like 8 packs left and haven't seemed to have had more since about September of this year.

This place is a horrible establishment. I just went to the store and purchased some hair products…read moreand not even 20 minutes later. I return in order to exchange it because I got the wrong product and basically had to buy a brand new product because they would not allow me to return because the product doesn't come with a seal on it. That's the way the product comes and was purchased. Very disappointed I was so excited because I thought they had a great selection of products but because of this they've lost a customer after spending $65 almost in their location. I had to turn around and spend another $18 just to get the product that I actually needed to get instead of being able to exchange it. Return policy is a lie. This says unopened and undamaged where is the damage if the product has no seal. Basically this is a lie and you should clarify if you pusher something without a seal there are no returns. Period. Literally all of them have no seal so if the one I returned minutes later then all of them are because any customer can dip there finger in or even spit in it. I'm pissed!

Recent trip there was one woman working there (did not get her name) who just cut me off at every sentience and didn't listen to anything I was saying regarding what I needed and why. I get that this is not a particularly glamorous job but having some knowledge and basic customer service skills (or just you know life skills) isn't asking for the moon. Ended up going to antoher location. It is also worth noting that she also could answer questions regarding other stock or basic info such as what location is the next closest or proving me with their number to call in advance to see if they had was I was looking for.

The owner was very knowledgeable about all the different types of hair and even gave my buddy some freebies with purchase. The have some good daily deals (apparently) on virgin hair and they are open late compared to other stores. The store is on the small side - compared to Beauty Empire and Pro Beauty Mart over on Austell Road, but don't let that deter you - the store is pretty well stocked.
