I actually like Grace Nails in the same plaza, but hate this parking lot. It's hard to exit because of Target and Five Guys customers. And the it's tight. I have a sedan, not a truck and I swear I feel like I'm gonna back into the cars parked opposite of me every time I go to this plaza. Interior Large. Cluttered. If you're in a rush, you'll need to ask for assistance. Prices / Value Unsure. Didn't really look around, was only looking for one item and found it quickly. Customer Service I think this spot must be under new management because the owner is condescending and rude. I was at the counter paying for my purchase and this clown had the nerve to lecture me about opening the box. AFTER he had already swiped my card and I'd signed off on the purchase. It was a white head scarf aka braid bonnet. I've purchased these before and opened the package to discover the wrong color was inside, and I'd been to multiple stores looking for a plain white version, so I wanted to open it in front of a store associate to make sure someone hadn't pulled the old switcheroo (or that it wasn't just a manufacturer mistake). I didn't appreciate his volume (loud) or his condescending tone. Once I've approved the credit card transaction, I own the product. What's wrong with opening it in the store? If I'd opened it in the car or at home - and had a problem, then walked back in, bet you dollars-to-donuts that the owner would have accused me of switching it after I left the store. Will never go back.

I was able to get all of the candles and I wanted and selected and smelled. Lol The staff here was so outstanding. They answered all of my questions they didn't miss a beat. I even had my free coupon for a full-size body care item and I was able to get that as well. I know so many people go on this day and get the total limit of candles that you can buy, but I only got five and I was excited about it. These are my favorites just in case you were wondering: lol I went with Black tie, champagne toast, watermelon lemonade, In the stars and spiced apple toddy! This store is located in a plaza alongside Marshalls, Popshelf, Target and other stores. Due to the amount of retail in the area, there's tons of parking available if you decide to visit. The store itself is setup just like any other, including a friendly greeter at the door. There were a number of sales happening on this visit so I was having a blast. I was bummed that two seasonal scents that stood out to me weren't displayed beyond the testers, but a sweet associate still took time to try and hunt them down in the back. I ended up walking out with about 8 soaps, some hand sanitizer and a lotion for under $25 with my deals!

I'm sad to say it because used to really like this location (see my previous review) it has…read moredrastically slipped in just a few months. The past few visits have been nothing short of unprofessional. From staff just clearly ignoring customers, to having 0 staff at all. I have experienced staff lying to myself and others rather then simply saying they didn't know or would find out. It's been really bad the past few months. there is also a clear shortageof product lately from samples being almost complete empty (as in not there not just low on product) to them not having any stock. I have also noticed that the staff whom I have dealt with in the past who were so nice and helpful, are no loner there. So therein lies the problem it seems. But today takes the cake. Today I stopped in as I had a coupon from an amazon return and an upcoming vacation. It was crowded in Sephora specifically, and there was only one sales person who was just hanging out behind the counter. Among the customers shopping who were there was a woman with 4 children and a ball. The children were sitting on the displays and the floor - taking up an entire row for themselves not actually shopping just blocking the pathway. They were then throwing the ball back and forth and yelling loudly. Now this poses a myriad of problems. From the store's standpoint, this poses a loss prevention issue. There are God knows how many glass bottle on display (totally unsecured) that could easily be knocked off damaged and broken. Not to mention the sellable product that is not wrapped in any external packaging. So if that ball hit any of that knocking it to the floor and breaking it that's just loss for the store. That brings me to my second point. It dangerous for those children, other customers and your staff. What if they knocked something over and it broke, and glass flew up and hit a child? Not good. And I guarantee you that parent would try to blame the store for a situation they perpetuated themselves (but I digress). Third, I'm sorry but I don't want to have to doge your child's ball hitting me while I am shopping, and I should not have to. Further while some may be nice about it some, may not and that is entirely their purgative. Your having children should not affect my experience but in this case it easily could have. Lastly, if you are going to do this, please at least stay out of the way and do not block others from accessing whole isles of inventory. You are not the only people there despite your clear believe that by having children with you, you re somehow more important than anyone else. While all of this was going on the staff member kept looking over and giving what I would call "side eye" but did nothing to stop it creating a possibly dangerous situation and a really bad experience for everyone else. I understand that entertaining children is a difficult task but that is what you have signed up for when you chose t have children. And teaching them this is somehow acceptable behavior is beyond problematic, self centered, truly just wild. Normalize requiring both adults & children to act appropriately in public spaces and asking them to leave if they cannot.
