Exterior First - this location is no longer on Austell Rd…read more That plaza has been demolished and they are now located at 1757 East-West Connector #430, Austell, GA 30106. I actually like Grace Nails in the same plaza, but hate this parking lot. It's hard to exit because of Target and Five Guys customers. And the it's tight. I have a sedan, not a truck and I swear I feel like I'm gonna back into the cars parked opposite of me every time I go to this plaza. Interior Large. Cluttered. If you're in a rush, you'll need to ask for assistance. Prices / Value Unsure. Didn't really look around, was only looking for one item and found it quickly. Customer Service I think this spot must be under new management because the owner is condescending and rude. I was at the counter paying for my purchase and this clown had the nerve to lecture me about opening the box. AFTER he had already swiped my card and I'd signed off on the purchase. It was a white head scarf aka braid bonnet. I've purchased these before and opened the package to discover the wrong color was inside, and I'd been to multiple stores looking for a plain white version, so I wanted to open it in front of a store associate to make sure someone hadn't pulled the old switcheroo (or that it wasn't just a manufacturer mistake). I didn't appreciate his volume (loud) or his condescending tone. Once I've approved the credit card transaction, I own the product. What's wrong with opening it in the store? If I'd opened it in the car or at home - and had a problem, then walked back in, bet you dollars-to-donuts that the owner would have accused me of switching it after I left the store. Will never go back.

Since that was where the other item I wanted to purchase was. This was extremely embarrassing and violating. I won't be returning and I suggest no one of color to come unless you want to be harassed, followed and possibly physically assaulted trying to simply get supplies and patronize the business. I wouldn't be surprised if they responded gas lighting or blaming me for being assaulted... it was the most disgraceful behavior. If I could give negative stars I would !

I know so many people go on this day and get the total limit of candles that you can buy, but I only got five and I was excited about it. These are my favorites just in case you were wondering: lol I went with Black tie, champagne toast, watermelon lemonade, In the stars and spiced apple toddy! For my free item that I received, I went with the end of stars body wash. Thank you to the amazing staff at Bath & body Works. I will most definitely be back. Thanks for taking my picture. This store is located in a plaza alongside Marshalls, Popshelf, Target and other stores. Due to the amount of retail in the area, there's tons of parking available if you decide to visit. The store itself is setup just like any other, including a friendly greeter at the door. There were a number of sales happening on this visit so I was having a blast. I was bummed that two seasonal scents that stood out to me weren't displayed beyond the testers, but a sweet associate still took time to try and hunt them down in the back. I ended up walking out with about 8 soaps, some hand sanitizer and a lotion for under $25 with my deals!

Myself, my mother, my aunt, and one of my female cousins like to be versatile in our looks and change things up pretty often... As often as bi-weekly. We all go to Beauty 7 as our first stop unless they absolutely don't carry what we need. There's only one other store that used to be a primary but with all of us being believers, we can greatly appreciate the atmosphere here over some other overly ratchet beauty supply stores. There's always inspirational music playing, it's never terribly over crowded and idk who one of the previous commenters dealt with but the entire staff is friendly and even recognizes and acknowledges myself and my family members as regulars. Also most of their products appeal to ethnic women so it doesn't make sense that they'd have an issue with as it was put "minorities" when they are also minorities. That's just ignorant. Anyway what they do not appreciate is people coming in there being loud, rude, ratchet, cursing/being disrespectful, and with unruly children which as a business owner: DUH. My only gripe is that there's a particular brand of hair that I always buy multipacks of and they never have it in stock anymore. They have like 8 packs left and haven't seemed to have had more since about September of this year.

This place is a horrible establishment. I just went to the store and purchased some hair products…read moreand not even 20 minutes later. I return in order to exchange it because I got the wrong product and basically had to buy a brand new product because they would not allow me to return because the product doesn't come with a seal on it. That's the way the product comes and was purchased. Very disappointed I was so excited because I thought they had a great selection of products but because of this they've lost a customer after spending $65 almost in their location. I had to turn around and spend another $18 just to get the product that I actually needed to get instead of being able to exchange it. Return policy is a lie. This says unopened and undamaged where is the damage if the product has no seal. Basically this is a lie and you should clarify if you pusher something without a seal there are no returns. Period. Literally all of them have no seal so if the one I returned minutes later then all of them are because any customer can dip there finger in or even spit in it. I'm pissed!
