In addition to that they have some supplies of everyday items that range from household to food to electronics .... etc. Prices are high, but you kind of know that coming in. They do have a rewards program (that is free) that gives some pretty good perks if you want to keep up with them. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we had forgotten to bring some waters (for a concert we were going to), so took the opportunity to grab those while we were here. In addition we gots rselves bunchs smrtr cause theys was Smart Waters (Sorry couldn't resist). Probably wouldn't have any reason to be back to this location (nowhere near where we typically are), but if we were we would stop here if we needed something they carry.

After patiently waiting, I asked her if could I bring the pictures to her as they were in clear view and the only photos waiting. She said someone will be right with you. I continued to wait patiently and watched as she checked a customer who had just arrived and after a while, I advised her that I was in a hurry to get to the airport and I really needed to go. She called over the intercom that someone needed help in photos. No one came and by now there are about 3-4 other people in line. She proceeded to check them all out, even though they came up after me. I reminded her that I was still waiting and I really needed to go. She made an announcement, yet again, and no one came. I asked her again if I could just bring them to her to check me out and reminded her that I was the first person waiting to be serviced and she has now helped almost 5 people who came in after me and she exclaimed she's only one person. I heard one of the other customers mention that she could help me, and she said it's ok. After checking out everyone, she then proceeded to come to the photo counter and take the pictures back to the front counter where I offered to bring them earlier. By this time I am extremely frustrated and advised that it was totally unfair to make me wait knowing I was in a hurry and she repeated that she's only one person. I said no, you just have horrible customer service skills. She said you don't talk to me like that, I'm not your child. I told her to do better and stop acting like one. She checked me out and I left. BTW the other person she called for never appeared. Instead of providing the level of customer service that I deserved, Lordys decided to take her frustration with her coworker out on me, obviously because she didn't want to do "someone else's" job. Instead of being a team player, assisting the customer, and then deciding whether to report her coworker to Management, Lordys failed to show any empathy and chose to totally disregard the customer's situation and concern. The wig lady firmly asked me not to run my fingers through the wig; apparently I missed the large sign that asks people NOT to run fingers through the wig hairs. I definitely understand because that's how wigs get damaged and frizzy. They had a relatively nice wig selection, and I would come here again just for that. I will patronize the other one just because they're my peoples and I want to support their business.

We all go to Beauty 7 as our first stop unless they absolutely don't carry what we need. There's only one other store that used to be a primary but with all of us being believers, we can greatly appreciate the atmosphere here over some other overly ratchet beauty supply stores. There's always inspirational music playing, it's never terribly over crowded and idk who one of the previous commenters dealt with but the entire staff is friendly and even recognizes and acknowledges myself and my family members as regulars. Also most of their products appeal to ethnic women so it doesn't make sense that they'd have an issue with as it was put "minorities" when they are also minorities. That's just ignorant. Anyway what they do not appreciate is people coming in there being loud, rude, ratchet, cursing/being disrespectful, and with unruly children which as a business owner: DUH. My only gripe is that there's a particular brand of hair that I always buy multipacks of and they never have it in stock anymore. They have like 8 packs left and haven't seemed to have had more since about September of this year.
