They offer 125 units of hCG daily - that you administer yourself and B-12 that you have to come in weekly because staff has to administer these. The doctor who supervises this clinic is Dr. James Rogan. I can't comment on his personality or 'bedside manner' because the person who did my consultation was not the doctor, but my consultant was very friendly, patient and thorough. His name was Darius and he took a lot of time with me, answered all my questions and did not make me feel pressured to make any decisions that day - which I really appreciated.

No, he didn't speak much, like the previous reviews have said it is maybe cultural, maybe language barrier. He went in fast in comparison to what I had seen online (first lip filler patient) with the injections after numbing lotion, but was over before I knew it. I am fairly nervous about needles and though it was uncomfortable it was something that I was able to get through. His assistant was very polite and is the one that keeps everything in line from my experience in the medical field. The only negative would be is that I didn't receive any post instructions. Everything that I did after was from my own research. On my way home, I purchased some roll on hydrocodone and some arnica cream. I put it on my lips for their first couple days and I didn't experience much swelling and no bruising. LOVE my lips, its exactly what I asked for.

She sent me an email with forms to fill out, which I did the same day. I received 2 emails confirming the appointment day & time. The morning of the appointment, I arrived at 10am sharp. I get to the office & NO ONE WAS THERE!! I called several times, sent an email and a message through the patient portal. I waited over 40 minutes and received no calls regarding rescheduling, running late, etc. I literally planned my whole day around this scheduled appointment only to find this place has zero professionalism or regard for their customers, scheduling, customer service, etc. I've never experienced anything like this before in my life.
