I had recently cut off my locs and decided to try on a few wigs. The young woman was very helpful and then this older Asian man came to the area where we were and "shooed" her away. I asked him to let her help me because I didn't want his opinion on how a wig looked on me. I felt more comfortable with a woman. He told me he could tell me what looked good. I again told him I felt more comfortable with her. He gathered the wigs as if I was trying to take them. Then when I declined his assitance he came to the front counter while I was purchasing other things and basically talked about me to the cashier, while speaking his native language. Followed me. The way he made me feel is the way I said I would NEVER let someone have my business, at a store that didn't value me as a customer. It felt racist, belittling and rude. I now shop up the street with the competition. I'm treated much better and they have better prices. I drive right on by Mr. Racist Wig store.
