I was profiled in their store by an older Arab or Indian man (excuse my ignorance but idk his ethnicity) probably in like his 60s is my guess. The first time, he comes on my aisle and starts shuffling boxes on the top shelf, like right next to me, says hi, I say hi back, fine. The second time, he goes to the aisle next to me, shuffling boxes on the top shelf again, comes back around to where I am. I mean, he is literally doing nothing. The THIRD time I am on another aisle, he comes to go to the back room, making a lot of noise and looks at me again, so I literally ask him to his face is he following me. Of course he says "no maam, he was just (whatever he said)" then goes back. By the time I am up front he is back up front again, shocker... I understand thieves exist and cost retailers money, but they have now lost a customer that has spent A LOT of money at their store in the past. I won't ever shop there again. Keep that up and you can guarantee all you have left in your store are the actual thieves, because those of us that actually come to spend money don't appreciate the disrespect.

The lady who helped me find the wigs was super helpful and zi asked her what kind of dye I could use for my hair I explained to her that i was losing my hair and taking minoxidil for hair loss and that I needed something gentle so it would not damage my hair further and something that I could cover up my gray hairs with and she suggested a great product for me she also explained to me that she does not like suggesting products to customers because she is not in the beauty industry and does not know much about it and did not want to be responsible but she had heard someone saying that it was good for those same issues. I took her suggestion and color as well and later that evening when I put the color on my hair it looked almost perfect. I understood where she was coming from, she did not want to recommend something and it not be good for me or my hair then she would feel responsible however she took a chance, and I told her it would not fall on her. I also purchased some wigs from her, and their wigs are very fairly priced, and they have A LOT of different ones too they will allow you to try them on and if you decide to purchase one they have them brand new in the back in different colors so that is something super cool about the place. It;s super clean and fairly priced.

Good Energy + Good Hair = A Win! ‍ I recently visited Drybar…read moreat Vinings Jubilee for a little hair refresh. The location is convenient, and there's plenty of parking right out front, which is always a plus! You can book your appointment online, but since I was already in the area, I decided to walk in and schedule my service. The lady who booked my appointment was very nice and was able to get me in about an hour later. Now, while I was waiting and watching some of the other stylists, I noticed there weren't many smiles, nods, or even a little acknowledgment. I quietly prayed neither of those ladies would be my stylist. When someone is about to have their hands in my hair, I need GOOD ENERGY! While I waited, I was offered a glass of champagne. Nice touch! Then came Esperanza! She greeted me with a bubbly personality, a beautiful smile, and great energy from the start. YES! That's exactly what I needed. When someone is dealing with your hair, you definitely don't want any negative energy transferring over. I really enjoyed my service. Esperanza shampooed and conditioned my hair, gave me a good blow-dry, and finished everything off with some pretty loose curls. ‍ I walked out very satisfied with my hair. The salon also has TVs playing movies, along with information about current promotions and services. They offer memberships and service packages if you're looking to make Drybar part of your regular hair routine. Before I left, Esperanza gave me her schedule, and THAT sealed the deal. I already know who I'll be booking with next time! Great service, good champagne, fabulous hair, and most importantly, GOOD ENERGY! Esperanza, I'll be back!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I purchased what was presented to me as hair oil. After getting home and opening it, I realized it was actually a pre-poo treatment ...clearly labeled as such in the directions. I returned within just a few days with my receipt, not asking for a refund, but simply requesting an exchange for the correct product. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering any form of reasonable customer service, the husband immediately became dismissive and argumentative. He insisted it was oil, even after I read the directions aloud that clearly stated otherwise. The tone was condescending and unnecessarily hostile over a simple exchange. I was then told "all sales are final," as if basic customer care doesn't exist. When you charge premium prices, you should at least provide basic professionalism and respect. The overall interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Rather than resolving a small issue, it turned into an unpleasant experience that could have easily been handled with courtesy. Customer service matters. Respect matters. This business clearly does not prioritize either. I will not be returning. And if you read this proceed with caution! The way they handle this Buisness I see why it is dead most of the time! If I could give it a negative I would!
