I recently had an issue with an online order that customer service assured me had been resolved, but unfortunately it hadn't. Emma took the time to listen, stepped in to help, and made sure everything was fully resolved before I left the store. She turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. ULTA was close to losing me as a customer, but my experience with Emma completely changed that. The haircut itself turned out nice but what really shocked me was the finish. I paid $150 and expected at least a basic styling.
