The store is clean, offers some great parking and customer service is usually wonderful, especially the folks in the front of the store. 5-stars for them! When I went to check in for my appointment, the app continued to give me an error message which was not conducive to my recent lack of patience lol. That has nothing to do with this location as they don't run the Walgreens app but dernit Walgreens lol. I believe that the pharmacist behind the pharmacy register knew that I was there for my vaccination due to the fact that I was getting a whooping cough shot and my pregnant belly. She encouraged me to take a seat until I was called vs. having me wait in line and I appreciated that. Once she was ready, she called me up for my insurance card letting me know she'd "see if it'd go through", which confused me because my OB sent me there and it wasn't a credit card lol, but I digress. About 15 minutes later, another pharmacist called me into a private room and was seriously so pleasant. I was tired and hangry by then, and her energy was really uplifting. She chatted me up and quickly administered my shot - I was out of there within 5 minutes. Quickest and smoothest part of the experience. So why did I opt for a 3-star review? It was truly a 3.5 or so experience thanks to the pharmacist who gave me my shot and previous visits, but what really blew me was the bathroom. Wow, wow, wow. I haven't seen such an icky bathroom in a minute and I used a porta potty a few days before. In a place like Walgreens where there is a bunch of traffic that may include sick folks and elderly people, I'd expect that sanitary levels will be on 10 - not the case. I wish I was exaggerating when I say that it didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned in MONTHS. The toilets were not flushed, there were streaks on the seat and inside of the bowl, tissues on the ground, the paper towel dispenser was broken, the sink was crusted over omg. I couldn't bring myself to even take pictures to share as no one else should be seeing that. I know that Walgreens doesn't always have a large team, but most businesses make it there purpose to check the bathrooms every couple of hours and have a checklist confirming that someone has picked up. That definitely isn't happening here. I think that out of my hundreds of reviews over the years, this is one of the first experiences that was seriously tainted by the bathroom alone. So heads up, visit this store with your bladder empty!

I get that this is not a particularly glamorous job but having some knowledge and basic customer service skills (or just you know life skills) isn't asking for the moon. It is also worth noting that she also could answer questions regarding other stock or basic info such as what location is the next closest or proving me with their number to call in advance to see if they had was I was looking for.

For what crime did commit? . I went willingly after the "so called" manager made the call because he held my photos hostage and would not allow me to see them. Why? Because I needed more space to review these huge portraits. I had (4) 11x14 and (6) 8 X 10. With no room to spread out and look at my work! I just needed a little room yo spread the photos out without wrinkling them and how about a little privacy!!? I think he believed that I was going to fun out of the store without paying. In this case I wish that I had no option to rate with stars. If you can imagine the trauma that went with the experience. Walking into Walgreens to review and pick up photos , possibly have more printed from 11x14 to 8x10- and having it escalate to cops being called on me because my photos were taken out of my possession and I was asked to come back tomorrow! All because I asked questions that apparently were too challenging for the so called manager to answer. This was my first time in this store in 4 years. It just goes to show you that some experiences on Yelp cannot be categorized or captured with stars or even thorough reviews. There are some details that I would like to share but I'm hesitant to post on this platform. Lesson I learned was do not engage with energy that is beneath you. Continue to move forward knowing that I am protected. Things will work themselves out based on the energy that is inside of myself . In the meantime, I'll be contacting corporate to remove the police report that was filed against me. Is there hope? Yes, the real store manager contacted me, apologized for the inconvenience and is seeking to realign with outcomes that clear my name. She gets 5 stars for that. Randomly walked in here because my watch was getting serviced next-door so we had a little bit of…read moretime to kill. I am used to buying this typically from Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom in the past. So it was great to see its own standalone store. After walking in we quickly were helped, and were the sales person was able to identify the scent that I knew of, but did not know the name. So absolutely fantastic that he knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly what I needed and was able to locate it. We ended up getting a hair mask as well as a perfume. And lucky on this day they were doing free engraving. My picture show the engraving of our names. However, you could have chosen almost anything. There was even choices as fonts and colors and sizes, etc.. Along with our purchase, we got a couple of samples as well, which was great. And everything was so nicely packaged in their cute shopping bags with the colored tissue. If I'm ever back here again, I will definitely be stopping at the store. They've always loved this brand and their products. But now I get to love it directly from them as opposed to doing it through a department store.
