This Race Trac location has a large number of gas pumps and is spacious between each pumping station. With that, I believe it will be able to accommodate larger vehicles such as trucks and maybe even RVs (depending on the size of course). The inside was very clean/tidy and had various options of fresh food and snacks. I didn't interact with the staff as much as I utilize the self check out stations. There were about 3-4 registers and 3 self check out stations, so I can't imagine there being a long wait when making purchases. read more

This location claims to be 24/7 but always has the doors locked at 5am when I am on my way to work.....

They have spoiled milk that expired a day ago still on the shelves the clerk has the audacity to to ask me if I wanted another bottle. Same date . I'm not sure why they weren't removed off the shelves . read more

This RaceTrac is located off Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway near Lake Road. Nearby businesses includes Home Depot, O'Charley's, Dunkin Donuts and Fire House subs. There is also another RaceTrac about half a mile or so south of here. This store seems to be a bit older and smaller than the other one but it really doesn't matter. The staff here keep this place sparkling clean despite its high volume of traffic. I came in around lunch time and the placed was understandably mobbed with people and cars. I gotta hand it to the folks here. They never seem to miss a bit. It is as if they plan for this stuff. I visit several Racetrac locations daily and throughout days. Coffee is always my first stop and normally the code area is in disarray. Today, I was so pleased to see Mercy keeping the area absolutely impeccable. I don't do Reviews often but today was an exception. All stations were clean and debris free. Half the time this racetrack is out of gas . The restrooms are generally unsanitary and you have to walk through pee just to use them . This place deserves a 0 star read more

I do not easily give a poor review. This is my second time having a bad experience here. A few weeks ago came and got dogs and sodas for my boys. They wound up in the trash (cold on the inside). I left versus ask for a refund because the cashier had already seemed to have an energy i prefer to avoid. Ringing up people on top of people and it wasn't a long line. Welp- got home and saw she had mistakenly charged me for a coffee. I called and spoke to someone and they told me I could come get the coffee. Another missing the point moment. Didn't buy coffee didn't want coffee was charged 1.99 plus tax for coffee. The gas and aggravation to go back to make clear the point and get my money wasn't worth it so robbed of 2 bucks i was. So today I am headed on a road trip and stop to vacuum the car. Put my buck fifty in the machine- the vacuum starts- there is ZERO suction. Go in to get my one fifty because robbed twice i will not tolerate and the young lady at the counter is like 'that ls weird' That never happened before'.... umn miss you can go check it yourself- it will run for five minutes according to the machine. She goes to get someone else and she gives me my money but like really Racetrac- this is what we are doing? Making customers that spend tons with your brand feel like they are lying because they dont want to be robbed of their hard earned? I LOVE Racetrac and go to them even when gas is cheaper elsewhere but this one is def on my not to do list. read more

It's ok when you can't get to a QT. It looks gloomy inside, not as clean as QT. The staff isn't as friendly. There isn't a large variety of food. The parking and rest room isn't clean. It's just ok, for the purposes of getting fuel. read more

This location needs some revamping not as nice as some other locations I've been to but it's nice. Gas price is $2.35 per gallon here but I've seen it $2.15 at other locations **shrugs** pumped and paid at the pump but looking inside the store lacks the appeal of other race tracs. awful awful service, walked in to purchase something behind the counter and i walked up to the register were 2 people were at their registers. walked up and wasn't greeted so i walked over to the other person who eyed the man at the other register and the other man says "can i help you??" with an attitude. they'd rather stand there with their airpods in than help a guest for 2 seconds. awful visit, and rude employees. read more
