I can't base this location on gas prices. There is a myth that station owners control their prices…read more if they charge too low they run out of gas, if they charge to high they lose customers. Most station owners gain profits from convenience sales and car repairs. Gas prices are usually higher where local governments have higher real estate taxes. Lastly, their not allowed by their franchise contract to set their own prices. Now that I got that myth out of the way, lets talk about the service at this location. This Chevron is great! it has a large parking lot and spacious bays to allow patrons to pass one another to get to a gas pump. It always looks so clean outside and inside. The station attendants are always polite and professional. They've always greeted me with a smile. I remember one particular day when there were a shortage of gas. The attendants professionalism steadfast. There is also a McDonalds inside attached to the Chevron Gas. I'm not that thrilled about McDonald's but who knows McDonald's is in the business of real estate. They may own the land Chevron is sitting on. The restaurant customers have ample space to maneuver to the drive through. It's really a clean area. I don't find this place to be a rip off. The owners has to earn a living as anyone else. Sometimes when non business owners do not understand what goes on behind the scenes of an establishment its tough for them to grasp why things are the way they are.

Okay that sounded way more spectacular in my head. But who needs spectacular when you're driving around on empty, both in the gas and stomach departments? Chevron will check both boxes for you. Not to mention the proximity to groceries, pizza, realtors, Mexican, LASIK, and of course a bank means you can live here. Okay fine probably not live here, but if you time it right you could make a go of it at least between 7 AM and 10 PM. Oh wait 24/7 fitness too, so you're set provided you're okay to sleep on a weight bench. But back to gas and 2-liters. You'll be set on all that stuff, with only slightly higher fuel prices than across the street. And remember, you get those detergents which have to be good. You know I'll interrupt my weight training and eye exams with a quick periodic fuel-up, so I'll look for you there.
