Really bad service at the pharmacy, the Pharmacist OYI had "issues with the system taking the prescription". When I dropped off the prescription at around 10AM he said "Is this a copy of the prescription?" Given the prescription is from Wellstar Hospital, they had given it to me last night so I could get it this morning. Just to call & them calling back to say the couldn't fill the prescription past 4:30PM, when in the app it said it was getting prepared then it read "delayed". Communication is bad they could've contacted me as soon as they saw the "system was not taking the prescription" instead of waiting til I called multiple times to get an update on it. I've been having a migraine all day waiting on this prescription for it to not be filled, really upsetting. I don't recommend this location at all, really bad experience. read more

Came her for a booster shot. Let's just say...took an 1.5 hrs when the appt was made for 1.5 hours ago. What's the point of making an appt if you can't adhere to it. And then have "walk in's" which should be put to the end of the line. They don't give much communication on the issue either. Also the setup is a bit janky. People walking around you and the "sitting area" is all over the place. I mean that part understandable but the cover should actual cover you and the patient. It is a private. Otherwise I've never had any major issues here. Easy pickup of my prescriptions and checkout. read more

Made an appointment for vaccines at 5:00 PM didn't see me until 6:00 PM. Technical issues on their side. I don't believe their on line app works. Very unorganized and I don't believe the person giving the vaccines new how to do procedure correctly (my arms informed me). read more

I can see why they have such a low rating. Their phone system is CLEARLY designed to make it so they never have to talk to their customers/patients. All I wanted to do was check if they have a medication in stock before I come up and drop off my script.... should have been easy... HA! Just miserable. read more

With Julia M. as the pharmacist, there is no wonder this CVS has a 1 star rating on yelp! I have been in the medical field for 20+ years and I have never had a pharmacist refuse to take a RX verbally. Even when the doctor himself requested to provide the RX verbally she again refused to take it and hung up the phone. People like Julia should not be in the medical field if they don't want to provide care. She should not be allowed anywhere near patients that need care and compassion. read more

The service I received with my prescriptions were awful. The pharmacy workers were ALWAYS rude. I have not been satisfied with them for the entire 2 months of dealing with them. I just had ALL of my prescriptions transferred to Walmart pharmacy for that reason. I knew there was a reason I never wanted to use them in the 1st place. I thought I would give it a try and was very disappointed. They did not have monthly Rx and when I called they just willy nilly told me that it was on back order. Well how was I supposed to know that. I get the same Rx each month. Like just go somewhere else to get it filled. Just like that is what they told me. Never use them. read more

For years my prescriptions had been filled at the CVS on Austell RD, Marietta. They were always pleasant and efficient, so when that location was closed I moved my account to the Powder Springs CVS at 2091 Lost Mountain Rd, expecting the same type of service. They were as similar as chalk and cheese. I've never had a clerk, much less a pharmacist be rude and abusive, but there's a first time for everything. This employee needs some serious customer service training, or to be kept away from people. There may be some unusual circumstances involved. Most people with her attitude would not maintain their employment for long. I regularly receive a 3 month supply of blood pressure medication from CVS. Usually I get a phone call advising it's ready a week or two before I'm due to run out, but this time I noticed I was down to a few pills, so I called to enquire. The pharmacy was closed for lunch, but the robot helper advised that my drugs had been ordered and would be ready the following Saturday after 9AM. Having experienced delays here before, I arrived on Monday to be told there was no prescription ready or, as far as I could tell, even ordered. I had already checked w/my doctors office and confirmed they sent the request. The pharmacist told me they had nothing to do w/the robot line-I thought it was a reflection of what's happening at the store, or what's the point? and proceeded to Yell at me, they didn't have any in stock, she'd have to check her orders etc. This is a standard generic medication, not rare or unusual. Apparently it was my fault she did not have the order prepared. When I tried to get confirmation of just when I could expect my order-which was supposed to be there 2 days before-she became angry and stormed off. This is not the way adults handle situations, especially when they are in the wrong. All I wanted was an apology for my wasted time and a confirmed date to pick up. Instead I was assaulted with a catalogue of her incompetence and hateful speech. The customer is not welcome here. I left and had the prescription transferred to Wal-Mart Neighborhood Pharmacy, where the agent there apologized that she had only 1 bottle in stock, but could have all 3 the next day-and she did. I should have left them sooner. This wasn't the first time that woman was disrespectful. Another time they were simply unable to get the drug I needed. After days of being put off-they had filled my other prescriptions-I finally called to inquire when I could expect it to be filled. This time the pharmacist made excuses, yelled at me over the phone and then hung up on me. I had it sent to Wal-Mart, they promised it in 24 hours and called me back 5 hours later to advise it was ready. There are lot's of pharmacy choices. I won't be returning here for further demonstrations of inadequacy and abuse. I advise this property be avoided. This location has proven it is unable to provide life-saving drugs needed in a timely manner, and has no consideration for their clientele. Don't take the risk of wasting your time and endangering your health, or being insulted by supposed professionals. Be rude to your customers-they'll go away. read more

Horrible service-highly recommend finding another pharmacy that cares about you. Employees are extremely rude. Last person I dealt with was name Vincent and I asked for his last name and he said Loser! I couldn't agree more. Cvs will never get another penny or my time. Always an issue, if I had another convenient option I'd never come back. If you don't have 45 minutes to wait on hold, don't bother calling them. Spent almost an hour on hold yesterday because they made an error with a prescription and got hung up on when the tech tried to answer the line. Drive-thru is at least 5-6 cars deep at any time of day. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt especially with Covid and everything, but it's just ridiculous. read more

Called to place a refill and the girl picked up and asked me to hold without giving me a second to respond... and then kept me on hold 15+ min. Called to get a refill on a prescription. I could barely understand the woman who answered the phone because of all the background noise and her mumbling. Then she proceeded to ignore me and have a full on casual conversation with someone else. Terrible customer service. Switching pharmacies. read more
