Free parking can be hard to come by in Emory Village because of all the restaurants (and retail businesses) and limited parking lots in the immediate area. Luckily, if you're a customer of this CVS, you can park in their free and relatively spacious lot directly outside. Just don't walk off the property after shopping here or you'll get booted or towed. I last stopped by this CVS to pick up a tube of "After Bite" ($4.99 for 20 grams) for a mysterious bug bite/sting I sustained earlier in the day. The cream really didn't help much. It was disappointing. So much for the "Instant Relief!" advertised on the box. I think perhaps my bite/sting was too severe for the cream to help. In hindsight, I probably wouldn't have bought it. The store was clean, brightly lit, well-stocked, and compactly and efficiently organized. The staff was friendly and they greeted customers as they walked in. When you're ready to pay, you can have an employee ring you up or you can use one of multiple self-checkout stations. I went with the latter and had no problems. In the end, I think this CVS is A-OK (3 stars), but I'm bumping it up to 4 stars because it's open 24/7 and the staff was nice.

He always allows me fill up then pay instead of annoyingly guessing how much it'll cost. I appreciate the old school trust. Also, the diesel gas here is usually a little cheaper than surrounding gas stations. Besides the outstanding friendly customer service there isn't really anything unique, but it's pleasant for mundane task of pumping gas. They have a nice selection of ice cream and beer, so no complaints.

Two of the pumps aren't covered which made me feel sorry for the fella who was filling up his Beetle in the unyielding rain. The pump my car was at didn't have a working credit card reader, grumble. Also, I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think this Valero is open 24 hours. Verdict: I'll try to stick to QTs.

While it is the typical convenience store because of the merchandise I stated above, it does carry fresh fruit and veggies, sandwiches, Starbucks brand coffee, and my favorite...I like to call it the candy bar. There's a variety of sweet and salty snacks that you can put in a brown paper bag for only $0.60 an ounce, but be careful, it does add up. They do carry jewelry, accessories, and clothing, but I wouldn't suggest getting any of the latter from here. I'd also recommend asking for the prices of items because it can be a bit of sticker shock sometimes.

They had taps of different flavors of nitro coffees and you could make your own fresh teas. Everything seemed so modern! They even had a cute little robot with an animated eyes doing mopping while we were there. The place was super clean and the people that worked there went out of their way to make sure we knew what we were looking at. I appreciate the excellent service!

This little store is conveniently located right down the road of the upperclassman Emory campus…read more(Clairmont). It is basically a gas station without the gas. They provide the entire range of bottled soft drinks-I think I even saw a Pepsi in there, blasphemy! They also have freshly brewed coffee, miscellaneous kitchen necessities (ie salt), and are waiting on their beer and wine license as of this review. I suspect it will be a pleasant and quick alternative to the SAAC (clairmont campus dorm food) when it is fully up and running.
