I've been a regular CVS customer and am generally pleased with their service. I've been using…read morethis CVS lately but I've had service issues 3 out of the last 4 times. Today, after learning that a single prescription was called in 9am, I checked the status through the app and was told it would be ready after 4pm. Shortly after 4, the app stated there's been a delay. I called and left message explaining that I needed the prescription and to transfer it to the CVS on N.Highland if there's a problem because I needed to pick it up today. At 4:30, I rec'd a call back and was told "we have it, give me 30 minutes." I went there at 6:30, 90 mins after the updated time it would be ready, only to be told it wasn't ready and would take 30 minutes to fill. Frustrated, I explained what happened. I was told they would expedite it but it if it wasn't ready by 7pm, I would need to wait until tomorrow, which I said was not acceptable. Thankfully, it was ready at 6:55. The person checking me out made no comment about my delay, inconvenience or their service failure. I told her it would be appropriate to at least say I'm sorry for your delay. That would be good service as delays happen and they only had one pharmacist filling prescriptions. Her response was that she wasn't the person who told me the prescription would be ready at 5pm. This was the final straw. I should've stopped using this CVS--as my wife had done 2 yrs ago--but stuck with them because I kept thinking they'd get better. A simple "sorry for your inconvenience" goes a long way and seems like an easy response to a service failure, but that didn't even happen.

He always allows me fill up then pay instead of annoyingly guessing how much it'll cost. I appreciate the old school trust. Also, the diesel gas here is usually a little cheaper than surrounding gas stations. Besides the outstanding friendly customer service there isn't really anything unique, but it's pleasant for mundane task of pumping gas. When I've been at Clarity, I always find myself needing a quick little something and always check into Square to see if they have what I'm needing. Before one event at Clarity, I found that I didn't have batteries for our LED sign. I couldn't image getting in my car and going to a local store for them and didn't know if Square would have any but, why the heck not. I was so hype when I went in and was told that they had batteries - YES! Because what the heck is a Yelp event without those LED letters? LOL. I also love to get some extra energy prior to events with a Celsius and a snack, and they're always stocked up, clean and super welcoming. Little in size, massive on the convenience level!

They do carry jewelry, accessories, and clothing, but I wouldn't suggest getting any of the latter from here.
