    I really wanted this to be a good experience, but unfortunately, it wasn't. We contacted this…read moremobile mechanic service when our car wouldn't start, hoping for a quick fix. It was late, we were stuck in a parking garage at 10 PM with no tools, and we trusted their guidance. The mechanic started service around 4 or 5 PM and we didn't leave until 1 AM. We were charged $681 total, including $165 for a diagnostic and the cost/labor for two batteries. The mechanic mentioned we could replace the batteries ourselves to save money, but that really wasn't realistic given the situation we were in. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. For hours, there was no clear diagnostic explanation, and it wasn't until after the batteries were replaced around 10 PM that we were told the issue might be related to a computer system failure. This was not mentioned at all before we replaced the batteries, which made it feel like we were going in circles. After everything was done, we still didn't have a working car, and we were left without any real answers or codes to understand the problem. Eventually, we had to tow the car to Pep Boys, where they diagnosed and fixed the issue for just $177. We feel that this mobile service could've been more transparent and provided clearer communication throughout the process. Given the high cost and lack of results, I'm sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustrating experience. Be sure to ask for clear, up-front diagnostic information and pricing before agreeing to any services

    Contacted him by email on March 6th to perform a detailing job on March 15th. The spoke to him over…read morethe phone to discuss the work and the date to perform the work again. Contacted him on March 12th to confirm what time he would be arriving on March 15th. I was told around 9am. March 15th 9am comes and he doesn't show up nor contacts me that he's running late. I text him at 9:25am to ask his ETA...no response. At 12:22 he responds "sorry I missed today". Then at 2:15pm he responds again, I'm sorry I couldn't do it. I was in a situation. Can I come next week. My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. If this is the kind of service you are wanting or looking for then he's your man.

Seeing the extent of the staining and red clay in the carpet, he had to revise his estimate, but it was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. He has a truck that has a steamer on board and was able to steam clean the entire interior and WOW!!!!!! it looks and feels like a new car. And the smell is GONE!!!!! He is very meticulous and VERY detailed and HIGHLY recommended for a deep clean!!!

I told the bad and updated the bad, however I want to be completely transparent about everything and fair to everyone. I can not give 5 stars because of the way the sales manager conducted himself before, during, and after the sale was made. What I can do and will do is tell future customers who did try to make things right. I would give them 5 starts as individuals. Mary and Danielle respectively get 5 stars. I said in a previous post that Mary could not be contacted and wouldn't return my calls. All of that was true, however what all of Mary's colleagues failed to mention was she was out on medical leave. So they led me to believe they were passing messages to Mary when in fact they were not. I finally got in contact with Mary. Mary had no idea I was trying to reach out or that I was having such a bad experience. I apologized for implying Mary was unreachable as I didn't know my messages were not getting through to her. After explaining what issues I was having Mary made sure to do everything she could to make it right. Mary made sure my bike was picked up, serviced, and dropped off to make things right. It was supposed to take 3 days to complete and I had my bike back within 2. While my bike was being serviced Danielle made sure to contact me and let me know what all my options were for my bike. She was very pleasant on the phone and treated me like a human. The young man who came to pick my bike up and drop it off was very helpful and explained everything he could. I don't trust that everyone in this Harley Davidson store is on the up and up and cares about the customers. What I can say from my personal experience is that Mary and Danielle are the two who genuinely care about treating people right. Thank you Mary and Danielle for everything you two have done to make things right, be respectful of my time and money, as well as treat me like a human and not like a sales stat/commission like the other HD sales people did. Bottom line is Mary and Danielle get 5 stars. If you are having trouble with this HD store contact Mary. Make sure to speak to her as her coworkers can't be trusted to actually pass messages along or be transparent with the customer about Mary's absence. Mary will do the right thing. Danielle will make sure you are treated with respect. It's the sales team and management that ruin it for the entire store and give that place a bad name.

We were also told to come because today june 28th was the last day of a sales tax promo and once again told that the prices on the website wasnt the same as in person once again. As we live far we asked them if they had a 2025 sportster in our 12,500 price range and they GUARANTEED that they had one if we came in. Then we drive an hour to this location and someone named "q" helped us and took us to this backroom full if bikes looking for a sportster. Finally we ask for the price of three bikes and he only quotes one of them which was the most expensive used black one. The gentleman told us that it was 16,000 then the quote was 21,000. Wheres the discount? Then we said that we wanted the quote for the blue 2 seater and he pulls up the price ON THE WEBSITE when we were MISINFORMED THAT THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE WERE DIFFERENT AND CHEAPER IN PERSON. He also told us they "heard the phone call cause it was recorded" and they denied, denied and denied. From a consumer perspective this is a kick in the nuts as we drove an hour for a price we couldve seen online. Then we say well the what is the prices with the discount which is a sales tax promo. Then he says the discount was only for NEW bikes and I said well thats not what it says on your website. Then he responded with oh well it doesn't apply. Thats not even considering the fact when i asked him about the discount he didn't even know there was a promo HAPPENING. As he said when i first asked him "theres a lot of things on my website". So not only do the employees not informed about anything, they spread misinformation because they are lazy and want to sell NEW bikes. Thats exactly why if you quote a pre owned bike they quote it with a new one same model with no modifications and its the same price. In the end of this all we told them they couldve told us the prices on the website WERE THE SAME PRICE AND DISCOUNTS DIDNT APPLY. This is false advertising and misinformation within this location. Absolutely horrible service. When I asked for the managers name, phone number, and email. The manager came out and was snobby with us after we told him we were going to leave a formal complaint. Overall horrible and they know exactly what they were doing.
