I know in the past that the pizza is less appealing here than the other locations, but I stopped anyways. There wasn't a fresh pizza being made, so I decided to get a slice from what was leftover. My mistake. After paying and leaving, I took a bit while sitting in the parking lot. It was cold and tasted like it had been made days ago. I went back into the store and asked the employee at the register if I could get another type of slice as I explained y issue. She went to ask the manager. The manager walked over, took the box and put his finger on the pizza to test the temperature. He then looked at me and commented "It didn't stop you from eating half of the slice". I replied that was only one bite. He mumbled something under his breath and waved me on like I was inconvenient to him. I haven't been back to this location since. What horrible customer service, especially from a manager.

Most station owners gain profits from convenience sales and car repairs. Gas prices are usually higher where local governments have higher real estate taxes. Lastly, their not allowed by their franchise contract to set their own prices. Now that I got that myth out of the way, lets talk about the service at this location. This Chevron is great! it has a large parking lot and spacious bays to allow patrons to pass one another to get to a gas pump. It always looks so clean outside and inside. The station attendants are always polite and professional. They've always greeted me with a smile. I remember one particular day when there were a shortage of gas. The attendants professionalism steadfast. There is also a McDonalds inside attached to the Chevron Gas. I'm not that thrilled about McDonald's but who knows McDonald's is in the business of real estate. They may own the land Chevron is sitting on. The restaurant customers have ample space to maneuver to the drive through. It's really a clean area. I don't find this place to be a rip off. The owners has to earn a living as anyone else. Sometimes when non business owners do not understand what goes on behind the scenes of an establishment its tough for them to grasp why things are the way they are.

Gas pumps are almost always well-stocked: receipt tape and windshield washer fluid are always ready; you rarely need to go into the store to get a receipt. Inside is great; employees are very friendly, and items are well-stocked. Store, including bathrooms, is clean. The QT Kitchens workers are very fast; my food is usually ready before I finish paying at the counter. QuikTrip often does some kind of sale special on a roller item or donuts or QT Kitchens items, sometimes available exclusively through the app; given the high quality of QT's food, these deals are excellent. Another great QT; very worth visiting! Update: Had a bit of a bummer last visit. Not terrible, but two sad things. First, they were out of their cherry and vanilla flavoring on the Coke fountain. Second, the fellows working the kitchen were slammed, so it got a bit confusing; they were churning out ice cream cones and shakes left right and center, and they were handing them out to whoever was closest, not necessarily in the order in which people ordered them. They were also talking to one another about how one of them was involved in a recent traffic stop, and they were using swear words. Not a lot, but one of them was the F-bomb, and there was a family with three kids among the people waiting for ice cream cones. Sometime she will walk off when she see someone coming to the register and her clothes are filthy. The cook is always sweet but she should have on an apron so her clothes will not look dirty all the time. With that, I believe it will be able to accommodate larger vehicles such as trucks and maybe even RVs (depending on the size of course). The inside was very clean/tidy and had various options of fresh food and snacks. I didn't interact with the staff as much as I utilize the self check out stations. There were about 3-4 registers and 3 self check out stations, so I can't imagine there being a long wait when making purchases.
