I watched the woman talk on the headset while looking directly at me. I used to work in retail so I know how it works. Y'all saw me in my hoodie and assumed I was stealing. I don't appreciate this at all as I frequent this TJ Maxx quite often given that it's a 15 minute walk from my home. I've never ever had this problem before coming here and it has turned me off completely from this store. To the wide Indian lady with the wobble and the short lady with the bun.... Watch who you profile. Y'all are almost just as brown as I am. For the most part, this is your basic Marshalls, however this one does feel larger...but I think it is because it is a very long and deep store, so you feel like you are walking down the main aisle a lot longer than in other locations. The store is laid out well and from what I could tell, was nicely organized. I popped by to check for one thing and of course ended up wondering around the store for 20 unneeded minutes...but really, what else are you supposed to do at Marshalls? Service was ok. The cashier was friendly, but the floor Associates all but ignored me while I was shopping. I was on the same aisle as multiple Associates on several occasions and not once did they speak. No biggie, but come on... Overall, this Marshalls delivers on what I know and love of the brand and when I am in the area, I will certainly swing back through.
