It's easy to get in and out of despite the major and often-congested adjacent roadways. And it seems to have plenty of parking despite being a high-volume, high-traffic center. That said, not much sets this place apart from thousands of other suburban shopping centers. I've been here for a few businesses: 1. Kyuramen - opened June 2023 https://www.yelp.com/biz/kyuramen-sandy-springs-sandy-springs Kyuramen is known for their honeycomb seating, TikTok and Instagram-friendly omurice, twin bowl ramen, and more. Despite the looks, I thought the food actually tasted decent, and service was outstanding. It's worth checking out. 2. Poke Bar - opened October 2016 https://www.yelp.com/biz/poke-bar-sandy-springs-sandy-springs This is the original metro-Atlanta location of Poke Bar. Good poke restaurant. 3. Publix - opened May 1994 https://www.yelp.com/biz/publix-atlanta-24 I've been to this Publix once. The service I experienced at this location was the best I've experienced at any Publix I've been to over the decades. Read my Publix review for details. 4. Seven Hens - opened October 2014, closed before September 2016 https://www.yelp.com/biz/seven-hens-sandy-springs Seven Hens was a local schnitzel restaurant that started in Decatur in July 2012. I thought the food was tasty and I liked the unique concept. I was sad when I heard both locations closed. Maybe the demand for schnitzel wasn't high enough. For longtime Atlantans and Buford Highway enthusiasts, I kind of view Peachtree Pavilion as the "new" Asian Square. It's one of the centers of Asian and Asian American activity in town. For years now, Peachtree Pavilion has been busy and bustling. Occupancy is high and business is good. It didn't always used to be this way, however. I remember, circa 2010, when all this shopping center really had was H Mart (at that time, branded "Super H Mart") and Shoya Izakaya. The shopping center was built in 2008-2009. It wasn't until the mid-2010s onward when this place really started to take off. Over that time, some businesses at Peachtree Pavilion have become Atlanta staples while others have come and gone. Below are some of the highlights of Peachtree Pavilion. It's got a bit of an upscale feel to it with restaurants like the aforementioned Paces & Vine and SOHO, along with an assortment of boutique shops and offices. That said, it's home to big chains too such as Banana Republic, Cold Stone Creamery, and CVS Pharmacy. Vinings Jubilee is located in the heart of Vinings, just inside the Perimeter (ITP), close to both I-285 exit 18 (Paces Ferry Road - Vinings) and 41 (Cobb Parkway) just south of Cumberland Boulevard. While this is a nice shopping center, it isn't a mall or destination like Atlantic Station or Avalon where you'd generally go to shop/browse and hang out/walk around. It's more of a place you'd go to if you're looking for or headed to a specific restaurant, retailer, or office, if that makes any sense. Note: Yelp is weird.
