But that is a story for a later time. Loehmann's Plaza (so named because a Loehmann's store used to anchor the development) houses a number of establishments. The plaza provides services, dining, and shopping. Main dining includes Moe's Southwest Grill, Panera Bread, Fortune Cookie (Chinese food), Grub Bar (burger joint, newly opened), Starbucks, Roly Poly (sandwiches etc.), Zoe's Kitchen, and others. Stores include Plato's Closet and Dollar Tree. Services have included a UPS Store, dentist office, and others. As redevelopment occurs, stay tuned for new vendors. While getting in and out can be busy during peak periods, I generally have no problems getting to where I need to get. Improvements to the roads and entry/exit points have been made which have improved traffic flow. I look forward to seeing the upcoming improvements and the new design.

Except for Subway, I think all of the restaurant tenants have completely turned over in the past two decades. This isn't a nice shopping center nor has it ever really been, but some improvements have been made over the last several years such as a complete repaving of the parking lot and renovations to all the storefronts. The relatively new tenant mix, which includes businesses such as Bao Bun Cafe and Newk's Eatery, have been welcome additions too. Howell Mill Square is in a high-traffic area just off the interstate (I-75) and not far from Midtown, Georgia Tech, Atlantic Station, Westside, and Buckhead. Here's a selected list of tenants, in no particular order, and my brief comment or thought on each.
