Expired food purchase on 5/26/24. One of many purchase at this location. We have to check everything we buy here. Unacceptable.

I have been coming to this Publix for almost 14 years. The past few years I have gotten countless items that have been expired. Check the dates. I get some items can be eaten well after the sale by date but this should be my choice at home. Today's last straw was a 2 month old desert I bought. Half way through the desert I knew something was wrong. Checked the date and it was 2 months old already! I'm tired of it. We pay a premium at Publix and this one just continues to sell old food. I'm just tired of it. This is t acceptable.

This Publix is right by the subdivision Bridgemill so it's super convenient. There is a Texaco in front of it. (The Texaco by the way has pretty darn good coffee for a gas station) The store itself has a nice layout and the folks here are really friendly. As I was walking in from the parking lot one of the employees was coming out to grab carts said hi to me and smiled. Wow. I never get that at the Publix I shop in regularly. Maybe I should start coming in more often from now on... I think this store carries a bit more organic and health food items than some of the other Publix that I've been to in the past. They have more varieties of herbal teas as well. The store itself is very clean like all of the Publix around the area. Brightly lit aisle with squeaky clean floors.Great produce selections...not weak looking lettuces here....no bruised apples or peanut size zucchinis either. You really can't go wrong coming to this Publix. Keep up the good work guys...

This wonderful lady made our day!

I love this Publix so much. I had to do a review after our last visit. My 4yr old was getting her flu shot and a worker, I believe his name was Clide, brought her over a cookie while she was crying. Later on, when we were checking out, this sweet cashier let her help scan items. It's little things like this that make companies great! Thank you all for treating us like family!

Ordered Instacart and of course one item was missing. They got 4 out of 5. People just don't care, don't pay attention. Sad.

I had trouble finding the seafood department at first but, like I said, I'm not usually out shopping on Sixes Rd.

I've had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get my prescription filled at this location…read more For an entire week, I've been going back and forth--four separate visits--only to be told each time that my prescription would be ready "within the hour." I'd return the next day, and it still wouldn't be ready. On one visit, I waited at the window for 25 minutes because that's what I was told it would take. The entire time, the customer service was poor. What shocked me most was being yelled at by the pharmacist, and then having the supervisor come over and raise their voice at me too. I've never been treated like that before. To make matters worse, I was threatened for "holding up the line," when in reality, I was only there because they hadn't done their job the first three times. If they had filled the prescription when they said they would, there wouldn't have been a line to hold up. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope they take steps to improve how they treat customers and manage prescriptions.

Yesterday, for the umteenth time, we received a call that a prescription was ready for pickup;…read moreanother call today. Arriving, I was told that the prescription could not be filled until next week due to the insurance interval. So, why call and say it is ready???? For a year or more, when picking up the prescription, they don't have the full amount; it sometimes takes several trips to get the entire 90 day amount. On 2 occasions, it took 4 trips, including the false alarms saying it was ready for pickup, but the pills had not been delivered to the store. The excuse is that this is brand specific and they don't keep a full 90 day supply !! I checked at Publix and the pharmacist showed me 6 bottles of 90 on the shelf. Done with Wallgreens

My Airsep Focus portable air unit (properly called a portable converter) developed a problem and I…read morewas unable to use it. In this high heat and humidity, my health was at risk so getting it fixed was the most important thing to me. I turned to the company I bought it from, US Oxygen in Boca Raton, FL. For the next 10 days, I called them at least a dozen times. No one ever answered the phone, and it seems my many voice mails were just unread or ignored. They never gave me the courtesy of a response. I was growing more frantic every day and was in great discomfort! I then contacted a local company and was told that I needed to get a requisition for a work order from the people I bought my Focus from. They did, however, offer me the name of the manufacturers, but that seemed to be of little help in this instance. There seemed to be nowhere to turn - and my health was growing worse with each hot, steamy day. In quiet despair, I reviewed my past emails (thank God I save all of mine!) and came across one I had forgotten all about. It was to a person at Caire, Inc., in Georgia, who had helped me to get a new cable for my air machine three years previously. (At that time, the salesman I bought it from did help me, but as I said, no one contacted me after my repeated emails this time.) Taking a chance, I called her office and a wonderful woman by the name of Cathy Mills not only answered my call, but little less than two weeks later, I had my Focus air machine fixed and returned to me in great working order! Backstory: It turned out that Caire, Inc., is the maker of the AirSep Focus, whose factory is located in Buffalo, NY. i think that Caire, Inc., in GA is the middleman, who sells these units to companies. Ms. Mills was able to bypass the rule that the seller must request a work order, and she saw to it that within 10 days after first talking to her, I had my Focus repaired and back in my possession. Let me assure everyone that IF you decide to purchase something as vital and as expensive as a portable air machine, be very careful about buying online, or out of your immediate area! It is appalling that the company I bought mine from ignored my pleas for help - and they are located more than 1000 miles from me. I learned my lesson the really hard way!! Thank God for people such as Cathy Mills, whose efficient and expedient help saved me from a really bad health crisis and well as my $2000 air machine! Luckily, it was still under warranty so it didn't cost me a cent. As far as I am concerned, Caire, Inc. deserves a medal for the way they handled a customer. And, Cathy Mills deserves all of the kudos allowable and my undying thanks. If you are in the market for an AirSep Focus, you would do well to call Caire, Inc., in Georgia, and ask for Cathy Mills.
