The pharmacy drive thru is painfully tedious and slow. The pharmacy is often times under staffed.

Everything I'd expect from Walgreen's. They sell Reformation beer here, which is great.

I would like to preface this review by saying all employees were polite and professional. I was the…read moreimpolite one by using the word "a--", as in "I'm not trying to be an a--", which I apologized for as soon as it came out of my mouth. Now on to why I'm here: I'd bought two skin care products a little over a month ago when they cost a third on sale; this was at a different store. They didn't have the specific item, but I bought something else to exchange when they came back in stock (a hack that a BBW employee told me I could do, and I've been doing it for years). The only two stores that had it were in Canton and Woodstock. I drove ONE HOUR to make that exchange. I get to the counter and tell Kara that I wanted to exchange these items. She proceeds to RETURN my items, then wants to charge me THREE times for the wanted items. Jordan (I believe that's her name) came over to explain that there wasn't anything they could do because it had already been refunded to my card. When I asked her if she nonsensically wanted me to buy the wanted items at three times what I originally paid, she repeated that there was nothing that could be done. So a store error would have cost me, when I was clear as to what I wanted to do, and there was nothing to be done. I walked out with nothing. The most heartbreaking part of this story is that the scented scrub was for my mother, who has dementia, and it's the only scent she will allow me to use on her at this stage of her disease. It is difficult to get her to bathe, so having this would have eased both our lives. Calls to BBW customer service were a waste of time because they ineffectively offered me 20% off for my troubles. So not only did I drive an hour for an item that would have eased my daily life, I was told that an error by the store wasn't going to be rectified. Canton BBW, please provide training to your employees and/or empower your managers.

But for the most part I really like this store and it's a lot closer to me than any of the others. So I will definitely be back soon!

I'm so thankful that I found this salon! After relocating to the area 7 months ago it's been hard…read moreto decide where to go get my hair done. It's such a hard decision to start over with a stylist and it's always a scary experience! At Jyl Craven, from the second I walked in the front door, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The ladies working the front desk were so sweet and welcoming, there was a cute little retail area to browse while waiting on your stylist and it's just an overall good feeling. Then, I met my new stylist, Morgan! I was randomly assigned a stylist when I made my appointment online but I'm so lucky that it was her! From the second she greeted me in the lobby she was bubbly, excited and so ready to get to know me!! I talked to her about some hair concerns I have and overall just explained why I was there, to meet a new stylist and get a quick trim for now. She was incredible, we chatted the entire time about so many great things and she just made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend trying to get an appointment with her! As far as the services go, the hair washing station is beautiful and more comfortable than any salon I've ever been in. The chairs they use while you're getting your hair done are also top of the line. And back to Morgan for a second, but that wash and scalp massage was the best I've ever received. I could have napped in that hair washing station I was so comfortable! Overall, I had a wonderful experience both in the salon overall and specifically with Morgan! I'm so excited to have found my place here locally and I'll be a regular now for sure!

She did not try to push products on me, very sweet and wanted to make me happy! However there was a pricing discrepancy, a big deal I was told the price would be on price $300 the price they charged me was $400 something that I was not prepared for, I love the stylist, I do not think she and I had a miss understanding, I know Jyl did the price increase they keep saying who told you the price everyone at the counter told me the price , along with the stylist. I would have been a loyal customer for ever. Now I never plan to go back... such a shame if anyone has had the same experience, I would love to know. The only thing I can think of is I was seeing a stylist that left Jyl shop and I followed her, I think tjey treated me poorly due to that

I'm very disappointed in this location. It started out great when they first opened with plenty of…read moreopportunities to have products custom fragranced. The longer the store stayed open, the less helpful the employees became. Nowadays, if you go in there especially in the daytime, the people who seem to be the "shift leads" will tell you that they don't have any way to make custom fragrances, and that they're out of everything, and that they only have a handful of things premade, and they cannot make anything new. I went around Christmas time to try to get some body scrubs and some dish soap and laundry soap. I was told that I could only buy what was on the shelf already made, and that they would not be Custom fragrancing anything. I told my husband I was disappointed I couldn't get my favorite fragrances, so he went to the location in Roswell, which was more than happy to help him and I got a wonderful set of body scrubs and soaps for Christmas. He said the people in the Roswell location were very friendly and told him that in Canton they should be able to do the same thing and they could not understand why I had been turned away. I went again to the Canton location in January, hoping to find different personnel on a weekday and was again told that they did not have any fragrances to make anything customized. When I walk into the Canton location, I feel as though my presence is not welcomed. The associates in that store stay behind the fragrance bar and do other tasks while customers are shopping and it's hard to get their attention if you need anything. If you do get a question to them, they act bothered as if they wish you would just go away. I noticed another shopper the last time I was there and she was being ignored. She had questions, and the person behind the counter was dismissing her and acted as if she wished the lady would just leave. it was not like this at all when the store first opened and I remember being treated very nicely. I remember the wide variety of fragrances that could be made and I remember being able to choose whatever I wanted for my scrubs and laundry soaps. From now on, I'm going to have to shop in the Roswell location because the people in the Canton store are so unfriendly and can't be bothered to deal with customers. I used to work in retail, and in fact, I worked in a shop called Garden Botanika where we made custom fragrances for our clientele. It was one of the most enjoyable parts of my job, and I loved helping people and I never took the job for granted. I was happy to be employed and I was happy to be getting a paycheck and I was happy that customers were coming in getting excited about our products. I think there is a big difference with this generation today, because they seem to want to work for nothing, pick up a paycheck, and scroll on social media instead of helping customers. I think the Canton location really needs to take a hard look at who they have in management at that store and take a look at what the customer experience is on a typical basis. They probably need to send in secret shoppers to see what the experience is like.

The prices aren't exactly cheap nor are they ridiculously expensive. It's in that sweet spot of treat yourself occasionally range. They do offer deals. On my visit, it was but 5 get 2 free. The orange scent is my favorite. You can have a soap making event there which seems like a novel idea. The customer service was friendly and helpful. Recommended.
