This Publix is super nice. Usually, I avoid Publix stores like the plague due to a bad experience with another store in Marietta. This Publix location, however, completely turned my feelings around. They have a huge selection of organic products and carry many of the same products as Whole Foods. I will shop anywhere that let's me avoid the Briarcliff/N Druid Hills fiasco en route to that Whole Foods location. I visit this Publix all the time and it's by far the best Publix that I have personally visited in Georgia. The staff is very attentive and the store has a HUGE deli/desserts/meats section. I especially love the small gelato section with custom made gelato. Also this is probably the only publix I have seen with a legit hot bar and a meats section that makes a cheeseburger. If you're coming here to shop though always park in the underground parking deck. read more

Publix at Town Brookhaven is the only grocery store in my book. The underground parking is convenient when it's raining. Every employee in each department greets every guest and offers assistance. The lines are never long even during Thanksgiving. It's clean and the inventory is always well-stocked. And my friends order all their cakes from Publix because they above and beyond with custom and creative cakes that would rival any bakery. read more

Great addition to the grocery market. The only reason it is not five stars is because they rally need to have more and fresher organic produce if they are truly the green Publix. They need more organic meats and fish. Good cheese selection, nice wines , but I really still have to go to Whole Foods for the total picture. read more

This Publix had the nicest staff of any grocery store I've been to. The employees are polite, offer to help you find things or to make suggestions, offer to carry your groceries, etc. There isn't as much organic food as I was expecting, but there is at least as much as at the usual grocery store. The Chinese buffet is good and reasonably priced. There are 4 self checkout lanes, and there are always enough cashier lanes open. The only negative things I've noticed are that there are no designated areas to return shopping carts, and the upper parking deck is a poorly designed mess - cars are coming and going from all directions with no stop signs and there are near-accidents all the time. I think it's easier to park on the lower level. read more

Kadeem in the deli area is TOP NOTCH! He always greets all the guests with a smile & personalized touch. I live in Town Brookhaven and visit the deli a few times a week & definitely look forward to seeing Kadeem. He is professional and passionate about his work. Love this store and have been shopping here since it opened. Never disappointed in meats, produce, wine selections, or other product availability. The problem I have recently been having is getting in and out at this location. Parking spaces are difficult to get in and out of and much of the traffic is from people not shopping at grocery store. Sadly it is becoming quite a hassle to shop here. read more

This publix is the best grocery store you'll find in the area. When I walked in 4 different employees from the produce section asked me how I was doing in a kind professional manner. The produce section is beautiful and has much variety! It looked like the employees organized each individual fruit and vegetable to face one way, making sure it was easy to identify. The wine section is big and beautiful too, they have great selections of wine. I like to go to the glass case and look at the real expensive wine just for fun! The seafood and meat department is very clean and plentiful. They have many selections to choose from and it's the freshest of fresh! The gentleman helping me yesterday came right over when I walked up. He washed his hands, put gloves on, asked me how I was doing and asked what he could assist me with. He gave me the best filets too! After I ordered a type of fish, he asked me how I was going to cook it and told me how he likes to cook it. Now that's amazing customer service. I was in publix for 5 things and it was very easy to find these items and the best part was how kind and helpful the employees were! Even the cashier and the man that was bagging the food were kind! This publix was so clean that on my way out the doors, you could smell the cleanliness! I even left out the special features of this place which is just a huge bonus. They have great deals, cheaper than kroger and fresher food! I encourage people that live in the area to go to this publix, even if it means you have to pass a kroger to get there. This Publix is fantastic! They have a coffee shop with fresh doughnuts that I visit almost every morning. Their cakes and other baked items are fresh daily. I think their fruit is much tastier and fresher than their competition. Their prices are competitive. Every person who works there is friendly and helpful. They even have underground parking - very handy when it rains. read more

Our family loves seafood. We moved from a city where getting fresh fish was easy. Never smelled a fishy smell. Have tried every place recommended for fish, Dekalb Farmers Market, Buford Highway Markets, Whole Foods, all of them hit or miss for quality fish. The only place I buy fish now is from this Publix. I can't say enough about the freshness. The sushi is even edible. Overall on all counts this store exceeds expectations, people who work there, spotless, great produce, I am hard pressed to go anywhere else to grocery shop. read more

I'm writing this review to recommend Cammie Jonczyk of Apron's Event Planning through Publix at Town Brookhaven in Atlanta, GA. I used her services to order my wedding cake and flowers. I began searching for alternatives to pricey wedding cakes and flowers and came across Publix. I was skeptical at first because I didn't want to sacrifice style or taste, but once I spoke to Cammie I trusted her completely. I realized they really could provide a beautiful, delicious and affordable cake (without looking budget), and I was shocked when I found out they could also provide my flowers at an even more affordable price. As a bride, I became so accustomed to over-inflated prices from other vendors that when I got the flower quote from Cammie - I actually called her to confirm it wasn't a mistake. I spent less than $150 on my flowers - for an event with about 300 people, but it looked like I spent a fortune. I got a ton of compliments on the flowers and cake! I live in California, but my wedding was in Atlanta so this was all coordinated via the phone --- that's how much I trusted Cammie after just our first conversation. She has a lot of experience, and it came through during our conversation. We chose the chocolate cake, with raspberry-filling and buttercream frosting. It was delicious- and not too sweet! For the flowers we chose Gladiolas in various colors. Cammie went above-and-beyond to find Gladiolas in bulk during a time when other vendors told me they were impossible to get because of poor weather conditions. She even knew when to order them so they would be perfectly bloomed on the day of my wedding. And, on top of that - she offered to cut them on her own time so they'd fit in my vases. Working with Cammie literally saved me thousands of dollars, and I didn't have to sacrifice beauty or taste. If you're planning a wedding in the Atlanta area and want to stay within your budget - I definitely recommend working with Cammie through Publix.
