Dined here for the second time and it was delicious as always. The pretzel croissants are to die for!! Always have to take them to-go when leaving.

Overpriced for small portions. Food was good, if not a little under-seasoned. Expected a little more steak (or a lot more potatoes) at $25 a plate. Same with the chicken and waffles - one average size waffle with 2 small nugget-size tenders on it for $23.50. If not for the EXTREMELY friendly staff and clean, welcoming ambiance, this would have been a one-star review. If the portion-price ratio improves, this could easily be a 4-5 star establishment. Without that, this is an easy skip on our next visit.

Always fantastic quality, farm fresh ingredients, and an amazing menu selection. The staff is bustling busy yet makes time for each individual customer. The bakers are focused and committed to their craft, clearly. The wait staff is very respectful and well experienced, cordial, and accommodating. The interior, exterior, and the decor were meticulously designed and the location is great for any time between morning and noon. I will go broke eating here and do it happily. Every employee here and management should be proud.

Brunch chaos... I have not patronized this great place for over 15 years for no reason I can think of except opportunity. Brunch was nice. Unfortunately, I came after church and it was busy. I was seated in a two top facing the door where the AC was blowing directly on me. At some point, someone turned that off which I was most thankful about. Service was wonderful. My brunch was delicious. No complaints. once again, I think people are doing the best I can with what they're given. I guess we have to adjust our expectations despite the fact that it may be Buckhead. My brunch was nice. I had one of the eggs, Benedict dishes and my girl friend had a salad that looked amazing!

The lot is full whenever I pass, but in my mind it was too fancy or expensive to stop. Then I thought it might be too much like Panera to waste my time. How wrong I was! On a Saturday morning we stopped in for brunch and the set up was nothing I expected. There are walk up counters for pastries, coffee, and alcohol. Then there is a patio where full dine in seating happens. The staff is attentive, well informed, and we were greeted by multiple waiters. This is key for how busy they are. I assume if only one person assisted us there would've been a wait. It's a casual experience, with tasty LARGE orders!

We love the pastries & bread from Buckhead Bread Company and even brought a pack with us when we were traveling back to NYC. We love their Bear Paw and Almond Croissant so much, the texture of both pastries were delicate and surprisingly delicious. However, we wouldn't recommend their sit-down dining since the experience wasn't pleasant due to their reluctant and rude service. The waiter pushed the check to us right after they served our orders, which made us feel offended.

Dont get me wrong, this place is good but it's not greaaattt. We went in to get breakfast pastries in the morning at 8. There were pastries that were already "sold out" which was a surprise. Shows how popular they are. The lady in the front was... so... slow. There was one customer in front of us when we got there. By the time it was our turn, there were 4 people behind us, and the lady took for.ever. to get everything. We got: -Cheese pocket: was good. Very doughy, but not crispy croissant texture. Texture was heavy, uncooked (not in a good way), too doughy. It looks like a croissant dough, but it's not as light as that. They were generous with the cream cheese inside though. Usually most places are not so that was generous with their fillings so that was good. -ham and cheese croissant was probably our favorite. Croissant texture was way better than cheese pocket. Worth it. -chocolate chip cookie looked like a scone and looked dry, but I was delightfully surprised. Slightly reminded me of nyc's levain cookie which is always a compliment. They were very very generous with chocolate chips, again that is a plus. -pear danish: eh. Whatever. - chocolate croissant was good, great croissant crispy texture. Worth it but not that chocolate-y Overall, pastries were good but not worth going out of my way. There are bakeries in Atlanta that do croissants way better. But maybe their bread or other items are better? Didn't try them, so try em yourself! I'd say 5.6 Gryffindor points out of 10.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. The latte was ok but the cake was phenomenal. The latte had a decent flavor but it wasn't strong. Plus it tasted very grainy and milk-heavy, overpowering the coffee. My slice of cake was so moist and delicious without being too sweet. It was perfect. I'd definitely come back again more so for the desserts than the coffee. These are, by far, the best bagels I've had in Atlanta. Honestly, they put the chain bagel spots to shame. The interior is really open and has that beautiful sourdough tang. It comes down to appearance, taste, texture (love a good bite; should not be mealy), chew, and substance. I'm pleased to report that Saint Germain satisfied my sweet (French) tooth. After the sampler, I was done desserting. Yep, sampler. Why settle for one flavor when you can try them all? Well, six. Six. I tried six. And each one was excellent. The staffer was patient and helpful in leading me to a mix that would satisfy my desire to be a bit broad in my tastes but never traveling too far from sweet. Savory is not the move when it comes to these treats. My journey to France by way of Atlanta started with chocolate then went to raspberry violette (what???) then I went to the circus with cotton candy. I got a bit traditional with salted caramel, stayed there with nutella and finished up with creme brulee. When I tell you each macaron was better than the first... wow. You definitely get what you pay for -- so this wouldn't be an everyday splurge but... when you get a hankering pay for the real deal. Your tastebuds will thank you. If you're gonna go, go all in.
