    One of the worst storage facilities I've ever dealt with. I was helping my sister move some items into her storage unit here and we were running a bit late in the day. When we arrived at around 4:15 p.m. we were told that we had to be off the property by 5:00 p.m. because the power would be turned off for the gates and the freight elevator. As we tried to enter the gate, our gate code didn't work and we needed assistance, causing further delays. There is a sign that says to text for gate assistance. As we were about to do that, an employee came out and said "that doesn't work." Um... OK. Begs the question of why that sign exists then. We managed to get the gate code straightened out and scrambled to offload our stuff, but weren't able to do get it all out within the limited amount of time available. So I came the next morning to bring some items. The signs say gate access opens at 6:00 a.m. but, once again, the gate code didn't work! When I punched my code in, a brief message flashed on the screen telling me to call a 1-800 number for after-hours access information. I tried calling the number and got hung up on multiple times before I could even enter the phone information associated withthe account. And EVEN AFTER ENTERING THE PHONE NUMBER on the account, the system still hung up on me! The office hours listed on their website say the office is open from 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. so I waited for a staffer to arrive... and waited... and no one showed up to open the office! There was a phone number on the front door of the office so I called that. Again, another automated system which only offered the option to have the gate code sent as a text. I selected that option, a text was sent to my sister, and there was NO CODE information in the text - just a layout map of the storage building! Meanwhile, no employee(s) showed up to open the office at the posted time. As I write this, it is 10:30 a.m. - one hour after the posted business for the office - and there are no employees, no way to access the unit, and no recourse to anything but an automated system that hangs up on every call! I have been here for nearly 2 hours trying to figure out a way to get into this gate and unit and have not found a solution - despite having a gate code that worked the day before! There's even a gate technician who pulled up and he can't reach an employee! The only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars is because Rafael stayed after hours to assist my sister, and allow AAA to tow her vehicle, when her car broke down on the property.

    Will never, ever hire this company again…read more During my last move (with a different company) two men easily accomplished my two bedroom apartment move in under 5 hours, including carrying my couch down 4 flights of stairs. This time, with THREE men (they called me the night before, convincing me I absolutely must hire 3), my brother, and myself helping- they barely finished. Pam assured me I'd be so happy with the team, the process, and everything. couldnt be further from the truth. They broke my dresser, dragged furniture on the floor ("oops, it doesn't have a furniture pad?" the guy says when caught...) broke a lamp, broke shelving, damaged my desk and numerous other items. Nothing to say except, hm.... They didnt know how to load items (or they didnt care), try not upside down and not with heavier items on top of fragile ones- thats a good place to start. We spent a lot of time labeling boxes fragile, TOP, this side up, etc. But that didnt help. one guy was rude to me, my boyfriend, and the other movers. It was very uncomfortable. The other two guys were great, but towards the end I felt like I was lifting heavier items than one of the guys, who acted like he was either 1) too worn out to work or 2) trying to extend the job and make more $$. The rate seems great until you realize they nickel and dime the sh*t out of you. Other movers I have used charge a flat rate and double drive time. Thats standard. but tape? and an 8% cost for fuel? (we moved 2 miles and that was over $40) They dont announce these charges until the workers arrive, and what are you supposed to do then- you dont have much choice. They werent even able to explain how they calculated all the charges. I dont know why I deviated from my great experience from my last move- WORST DECISION EVER. To the one guy who was seriously the best, work for a different company and you'll get a great review.

    The guys showed up a few minutes early, ready to go. They had a bright, professional attitude and,…read moresince I'd packed up things into various containers already, efficiently loaded it into the truck. Then we drove to the new place, at which they efficiently unloaded everything. It was worth the $210 (plus gratuity) to have them take care of what would have been hours, or even over a day's work for me, even with friends or day laborers. They were polite, worked well, and their price was less than the competition. I'll be using this company again for my next move. Note: Credit card pricing is $75/hour for two guys and the truck, with a three hour minimum. There is a discount for $65/hour for paying with cash. Saves you at least $30 so it's worth a trip to the ATM.
