Diana the storage manager is a great woman I would say hello to when I was in the area, she even let me borrow a ladder I could use in my unit. The units are spacious with his ceilings. I only used the unit for about half a year but had a great overall experience, and would recommend to others. At time of usage, prices for their standard large units probably range from $400-500/monthly. (Your mileage may vary, as property in this area continues to go up up up) One great perk about these facilities is that they have power outlets (which is rare for a storage unit) and internal lighting. I was given a unit on the top floor all the way in the back of the building, so it took around 2 minutes to wait for the elevator and 4 minutes to walk to my storage unit each way. A bit of a hassle! The lady at the desk was not very friendly upon our first meet and was a bit rude at times, but also could be friendly. She was very annoyed when we propped the gate door open for a couple minutes and didn't like when we used the carts (despite nobody else being there). I may not use this facility again, but I'm appreciative of the staff's promptness in maintaining the space and am happy with the state of my belongings!

You know, by the time most people get off of work and finally get out of traffic. They might as well flat out tell you they're going to take your money and that you need to take a day off work if you want to access your items at their facility. The facility is far too segmented and to even get to my unit I have to go through the main gate, go park outside the building where my unit is located, walk back to the front to check out a locked cart, walk back with the cart, input another code to get into the building with my unit, enter another code to get inside and then almost immediately to get down the hallway where my unit is located, I have to open another completely pointless firedoor that will not stay open, which is located INSIDE before finally reaching the roll up bay door to my unit. What a complete cluster _ _ _ _. And after a few months with auto-pay enabled they have the audacity to jack up my rent. I cannot wait to get out of here.
