I called CubeSmart and the gentleman who answered could not have been more helpful, patient and focused on helping me find a reasonably priced solution. We arrive at CubeSmart where Rick immediately comes outside to greet us BY NAME and welcomes us, provides a quick tour and tips - even gives us water bottles. Extremely polite and nice people to deal with. On the day of the appointment dropped the car off and picked it up without any issues. Good quality work. The hitch looks great on Outback. Doesn't stick out at all. Located 5 minutes away from a train station and hours are long enough so can be dropped off before work and picked up after.
