I ended up needing a storage unit at the end because the storage unit I rented (from a competitor) was a whole scam and was demolished. So Tyrell & Myra saved me again. The truck and storage unit were just what I needed. Truck return was easy. The facility is spotless and feels open thanks to the windows around the perimeter. The bathroom is huge and spotless (first time I've ever seen a clean U-Haul bathroom). Tyrell & Myra were handling calls, doing their duties and working the counter. My quote was not only fair but it was honored; no unexpected add ons at the end. His team took their time to wrap up and pack up my items.
